Dr. Almond explained what he was doing during each step of the procedure since this was the first time I had experienced anything like this. The receptionist and other staff were friendly and courteous. The lady doing the hearing test was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the test.
My examination for hearing loss was thorough and Dr Almand talked to me about it, explaining the loss's effects. Once I had hearing aids custom-made and fitted to me, I had every aspect of the aids explained to me. Very glad to have all of my questions answered. All staff at the office very pleasant and professional.
I had a visit here for my newborn son recently. The staff was very rude! They do not welcome you in a good way . When a elderly lady asked the time the lady up front proceeded with there is a clock there! When saying thank you they just shut the window. Dr. Almond has no bedside manners. When trying to explain it was everything is okay. I felt like I was being rushed out. We was not in there long at all. I will NOT be a return patient there or anyone within my household and I will NOT refer anyone here. The only positive part to the visit was one lady named Brittany. She was so sweet! Also to add the changing table within the bathroom is very unsafe as it is very wobbly like it was not out together properly or just old. This is very unsafe.
Dr. Almand clipped my son's tongue and lip ties. He did a fantastic job of explaining everything before hand and then made sure the process was fast for my child's comfort. Everything went perfectly and my son is doing great!
I am so very upset I had to come find this review just to change my review to warn others!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! Originally, we seen Tigner. But, when he moved we had something urgent come up with my oldest & she was able to get in and be seen & Dr. Almand fixed the issue in office nose cauterized. My 2 year old daughter needed new tubes & a T&A. I figured since our experience was well for my oldest it wouldn’t hurt for him to do my youngest surgery. Boy was I wrong!! Not only the day of surgery did he never check up on my daughter afterwards other than while she was in recovery. But, I recently learned HE NEVER REMOVED ONE TUBE HE JUST PUSHED IT THRU HER EARDRUM. & the tube on the other side had fallen out in less than 2 months time leaving a huge hole in her eardrum!! After hearing this from PCP I immediately hunted down Tigner & he got me in very fast & it eventually let to my daughter having to have another surgery THAT SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO HAVE!!! I will never go anywhere other than with Dr. Tigner & I pray this Dr here things about some of these reviews and changes the way he does things so he can keep patients safe.
Dr.Almand is an amazing ENT he placed tubes in our son ear at age two and retrieved small toy objects as well from his ear this year. He cares about his patients and family members especially having patience with little ones and educating parents about procedures etc., thank you so much for the work you do!
We had a great experience. He can't wait to get his tonsils out so he can breath easier. Thank you Dr. Almand.
Dr. Almand and staff were efficient and quick. He explained everything. Every appointment was in a timely manner. Great experience for my daughter.
