Women's Care Group - Maryville

I loved the experience I had with these wonderful group of women. I felt heard and loved. Everyone was well educated and was able to help educate me on how to be a new mom! I gave birth at Blount memorial as well and their birthing team was fantastic!! I have nothing to say but good things about them!!

Womens care group and team have been absolutely wonderful. When I had already been to other doctors who just passed me off to the next one womens care group took the time to figure out what was going on! I've had to cancel at last minute due to being sick and when I spoke to Sara she was so understanding and happy to help me reschedule my next appointment. They always get me back quickly and out the door quickly. They have been so wonderful! Thank you !

Womens Care Group has been hugely helpful to me, and the staff is always polite. They were hugely supportive when I had learned I was pregnant and were equally as supportive when I lost the pregnancy. Of all the phone staff, Sara is super sweet and is very genuine and will do whatever she can to help her patients.

I had the most pleasant experience with this office. Sara was so polite and professional, extremely helpful in answering all my questions and because of her kindness especially, I will always recommend this Women's Care Group. I hope they know what a treasure she truly is!

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. They have the worst staff and nurses I have ever encountered. Very unprofessional they will literally argue back & fourth with you. This is my first pregnancy and they have made the whole experience awful. Also takes forever to get in contact with nurses and they never take your concerns seriously. Absolute worst staff I have encountered!!

The providers are so wonderful, they take the time to listen to all your concerns and help you in everyway. Nursing staff is always fast and friendly.

I can’t express how absolutely kind and caring all the staff here are! Every time I come I feel so welcomed and safe. I came to them for my first pregnancy and the experience has been great every appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr.Johnson since 2018 during not such a joyous time for us. Dr.Johnson was kind, encouraging, and made our medical concerns feel like a priority. This past year we got pregnant with our sweet girl and had the opportunity to meet all of the providers. We could not be more thankful for the care we received from WCG. We just delivered with Dr.Johnson at Blount Memorial almost 2 weeks ago and had the best experience . Thank you for taking great care of us we are over the moon!

Awful experiences that I looked past bc I liked my provider. Last date was incompetence with appointment and front desk staff. Save your time and look elsewhere for an office that actually cares.

I live in Western NC and I decided to take my prenatal care somewhere else due to the poor healthcare and bad experiences I've had here. I wanted to ensure that my baby and I were in good hands. I started seeing Women's Care Group at about 28 weeks gestation. Dr. Morgan was our favorite out of all the providers and we requested him perform our scheduled c-section. Perhaps it's partially due to our personality and personal preference and less about quality of care - but the other providers didn't seem quite as personable as Dr. Morgan. I once saw Dr. Johnson and I was rushed in and out of the room without any of my questions being answered. I felt like my health couldn't have mattered less during that particular visit. Perhaps some of the physicians are overbooked and due to being so busy they are unable to provide the level of care that I would prefer. Dr. Morgan however was different. It did not matter if he was behind schedule or not, he would sit with you and make jokes, get to know you and your situation, and answer any questions you had. He is very thorough. During my last c-section in Florida I had a horrible reaction to a medication that was administered. I did not know which medication it was and a record release had to be sent. Instead of leaving this work in the hands of his MA's he personally called the hospital in Florida and spoke with the records department. This spoke volumes to me and about his character. Whenever I had an appointment with Women's Care Group Dr. Morgan was the only physican to remember me and my health issues without referencing a chart. The lab technicians were very polite and friendly. The front office staff was also helpful and kind. I had to leave a message on the after hours line once and the nurse called me back and addressed my problem almost immediately. Dr. Morgan performed my c-section and he did an outstanding job. My last c-section in Florida was horrible. The pain was horrendous and I was bedridden for quite some time. My incision after my c-section with Dr. Morgan healed beautifully. Of course I had pain but not nearly as much pain as I had during the c-section prior. I highly reccommend Dr. Morgan.
