I was honestly pleasantly surprised. It has its quirks as all these kinds of places do, but everything worked, was clean, and we had everything we needed. It was easy to work with the people at the desk. The arrangement of spots in the parking lot isn't great, but that's about the only thing I noticed. I'd definitely stay here again.
The management is very inflexible. We had an emergency situation come up which was out of our control and they would not work with us and made us pay the full price for the room. It seems like they care more about money than the guests who they are supposed to prioritize. Think about this before staying here.

Room was nice enough. Clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. Not very happy that in order to get a non smoking room you would be charged a $200 deposit. The view around was gorgeous. Ice was at the front desk which was a small hike up the hill and you had to ask them to fill your ice bucket from behind the counter. But they were cordial and seemed to have no problem with doing it. Very nice lady attending to the front desk. Fast and smiling and sweet. I will stay here again if given the opportunity.
Keep in mind this is a bargain place, so it isn't going to be the Ritz... Yes, it's aged, but it's very clean and everything works. I knocked off a service star because I don't like the $100 hold on my CC just because I wanted a non-smoking room. Walkability: There's nothing to walk to
Tv didn't work, never could find a light for the bathroom, took forever to find light when you walked in, coke machines didn't work, they only gave two very small bars of soap and two little shampoo packets for two people, when I say little I mean little, beds okay but burn holes on blankets and sheets and that was for a eighty dollar room, I would expect that with a thirty to forty dollar room

Do not stay here!!!!! The manager is the nasties human being ever!!!! He wouldnt let me pay when my brother got paid at 5pm. He said I had to pay him 30 or 40 dollars before. I tried to tell him I didn't have any money because I had to buy a storage because we were forces to leave our.home! He screamed at me that he wasn't waiting until 5 or 6 I either paid now or I had to leave! I paid almost 100 dollars for this nasty room. I let my son crawl on the floor last night and within 5 mins he was covered in dirt. And there was a roche on the microwave! The beds are so hard and raggedy I didn't sleep at all. I have never been treated this way in my life. And for them to know they are putting children on the street!!!! The worst hospitality I've ever had in my life! I hope there are serious consequence for his actions.
