Pastry Chef Natalie Hoover is the Owner/Operator of Bootlegg Bakery and Catering. After graduation from Pittsfield High School, Natalie began her career as a Pastry Chef during her internship in Virginia Beach, Virginia while attending Elgin Community College, where she received an Associate Degree in Pastry Arts. Natalie is very passionate about her job and has loved baking since she was small. “It is so much more than just baking, it’s my passion. Such a dream come true for it to be my hometown.”
