Wonderful folks there, just a mother and daughter afaik, and it’s now a tradition to get ice cream there whenever I visit my dad. Also, some of their sweets are home-made by the family, really good stuff.

What a great place ! Treated great an a grand selection of ice cream - U can even get a malt - rare to see that offered. Ice cream hand dipped was way better than I hoped. The whinny about price isn't justified !!

Went there on an off chance since it was close to the interstate. The ice cream was good, and it's a really cute place. The candy selection is wonderful. Might stop by again to try the baked goods!

Whenever we are back home we take the drive to Minonk Illinois to visit the Sweet Shop !!! Love this place

Anna is a lady that helps me out 2 days a week n had never been to minoik went to the dollar store n I told her about the famis for there marshmallow sodas they have she was amazed wen she walked n the door it's a place she will remember she got a cherry coke with vanilla n extra cherry n of course marshmallow topping she loved it o I had chocolate vanilla n 2 scoops of marshmallow it was the bomb

One of the greatest places to visit in Minonk, IL. Their soda is beyond good. Vanilla, marshmallow, cherry, a combination of any flavors...they have it. The old time candy and area for friends and family gather makes this place a place for memories.

Way too expensive for my taste. Bought 3 small packages of candy and a large coke with my grandkid and it was over $8. Anywhere else would have been $3.

Employee behind counter did not have facemask on for me or anyone ahead of me. We all had ours on. Thought it was the law. Keep everyone safe guys!!

It was so good nice candy and drinks I recommend going there! Candy is a little pricey but still good.

The barbecue that we had there was very dry and coming out of the refrigerated container to be microwaved made it even drier. The prices are just a bit higher than they need to be also.
