Botsford Hospital Emergency & Trauma Center

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life going to this Beaumont ER. I checked in a little after 9am. At the time it was only 5 people in the lobby. They kept calling people before me that checked in after me. I was vomiting for three hours before they called me back to tell me they didn't have any beds but they could hook me up to an IV. I was put on a bench a wooden hard bench even after telling a male nurse I was having abdominal pain and pain on my right side.. I asked for a pillow and I was told they didn't have any, finally someone brought me a pillow. I asked a male nurse if I could be moved to a bed. He looked at me irritated and said "There are no beds and I was lucky they called me back or I would be still in the lobby throwing up." I could not believe he said that to me. This is a terrible hospital and I would never recommend anyone to seek treatment at the Beaumont ER on Grandriver Ave.

Many false statements entered into my medical record. Rude inappropriate treatment by Dr. Haidar A Al-Saadi, DO. Was told to go see a pain clinic for non pain issues. Doctor was more concerned with arguing terminology instead of tending to my medical condition. If at all possible, avoid this ER at all costs. The final cost may end up being your life.

Been here 3 hours in the waiting room! When this location was Botsford, never had this problem. Worse than Sinai-Grace, at least they have you called back in 30-45 minutes. Some people have complained that they've been here 5 hours. From the pictures you can see it's not that damn crowded.

I just called emergency to get an estimated wait time for a patient to be seen and was told 8 hours. She stated some patients have been waiting for 3 days. I never go here even though they are the closest hospital near me. Was really sick & thought I would try to make it but I rather die at home first.

Short staffed and Worst experience ever. I would prefer to drive longer to a better hospital rather than waiting in the lobby forever

I wouldn’t send my dog here. This place use to be so good. I waited 2 hours then when I get there they didn’t wanna do any imaging and said I should contact my pcp. They don’t care about patient care they just wanna give you meds and get you out. Just like the urgent care. I would never go back.

Their rating sucks but I thought they did an amazing job with me. Two broken arms and wrist and hand likely- I was in pretty rough shape. But I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you all!!!

Don’t go there! My son fainted and hit his head and we went to The Farmington Beaumont ER and were horrified by what we saw. We arrived at 8:00 and he went to triage, they didn’t tell him anything and we waited three hours and the lady at the desk was uncaring to say the least. When my son had a dizzy spell I told the lady at the front desk and she said she would tell the nurse. The nurse never showed up. The waiting room continued filling up. People were telling us that they were waiting many hours. After waiting three hours we had enough waiting and decided to go to another ER where we got good service.

I was always treated fair coming to Beaumont. Professionally security I feel safe here doctors and nurse always look out for me I love this place. But be careful coming on the weekend to any hospital because there’s always a skeleton crew.

I’ve been here since 9:46 this morning with my elderly relative who was brought in by ambulance. Triage check-in was in 5-6 minutes. Was told that my relative needs to be admitted. It’s now 9:01pm we’re still waiting in the front lobby hoping to be seen by a doctor and to get a bed. Called hospital management to make a complaint, but was connected to voicemail.
