Return Policy
At Southern Bourgeois Belle, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate. We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 14 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
Anything purchased on sale, discounted, or clearance price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
Include your return items and a printed copy of your invoice. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
Exchanges
We have a limited number of each style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, The SBB Girls feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and they’ll issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your shiny new gift card to snatch it right up!

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 14 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.

Hassle-Free Returns
We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.
All we need you to do is print out the invoice with your order and slip it into the package with the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Store Credit
Oh, store credit. That beautiful little thing that allows you to be the proud owner of fabulous pieces that’ll have everyone you encounter asking "who's that girl?!" Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift card.
If you have your eye on that must-have maxi and it’s a little more than your gift card is worth, an additional form of payment will be required at checkout. Pssst… it’s totally worth it!
Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire five years from the date issued.
Your use of the Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you purchase something from the Live Sale, you are not allowed to cancel your order. If you absolutely must do so, the contact SBB ASAP. You will be unable to participate for 3 Live Sales. If you cancel your order twice, you will be banned from future Sales.
LIVE SALES
Live Sales are so much fun at SBB, and we absolutely LOVE having them!! We do need to have rules for them, though so that everyone gets the same treatment.
Pick Up Items
If you are a customer who is picking your order from a Live Sale, your pickup bag will NOT be available until 48 hours after the sale. This is due to the invoicing and bagging process. ALL pick up bags MUST be picked up within 2 weeks. All bags that are not picked up in the 2 week time frame will be put back into the store inventory.
Payment
Once you receive your invoice, you have 12 hours to pay your invoice. EVEN if you are pick up. EVERYONE MUST pay through the emailed invoice.
During the Live Sale
If you wish to purchase an item, you must comment the Item Number and Size. You also need to state if you would like to pick up your order, of if you would like it shipped.
Shipping
All purchases from the Live Sales begin at a $4 shipping cost. Each additional Item is an extra $1 until $7 has been reached. $4 Minimum and $7 Maximum on National Live Sales. International orders and orders containing shoes are subject to additional shipping charges.
Return Items From Live Sales
Only one item per Live Sale may be returned for store credit. If more than one item needs to be returned, it may be exchanged for a different size of the same style if available.
