The team that delivered my baby via C-section were absolutely incredible. Could not have asked for a better experience. Dr Honsey was great, the nurses phenomenal, great anesthesiologist, and James was so comforting, reassuring, and helpful to make sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable. They asked what music I wanted to hear and I chose 90s rock/alternative and we were all singing while my baby came into this world. Thank you!
My grandma was recently seen at this hospital Emergency Room. While their work-up was thorough she received scans and labs, they did not adequately treat my grandma's symptoms. She ended up back a different ER the next day to a progression of the symptoms not treated here. It was difficult to watch her be so miserable. And my family member who brought her there said neither of them were treated kindly.
An Israeli supermodel and dancer noa harush just arrived to this hospital to get a new hair cut and Blood vessels in the brain . Take good care on her Btw She snores really loudly so good luck to whoever is in the room with her
I don’t want to even put a star, calling a 4 year old aggressive is not ok while trying to see what’s wrong with my daughter for taking a lot of melatonin or is it bc she’s African American girl that a doctor would call her aggressive for doing a toddler activity
Great secretaries, warm friendly human and competent. Great nurse, very skilled, professional and human, excellent work and almost painless for a blood-draw. People at front desk recognized and greeted us by name and genuinely.
First visit was for a mammogram and I was in and out on a Saturday. Pleased with the examiner. Second time for a MRI. Really nice nurse technician. The only negative is the hospital seems like it could use a face lift. The ER waiting areas are a bit drab.
I have had to take my elderly mother to the Buffalo ER and hospital multiple times in the past few years. They were compassionate, and caring. I feel that she got very good care there, and wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if necessary.
I would not recommend bringing anyone here. Especially anyone with mental health issues. They do not treat the patients as they should. They refuse to release my husband despite the fact that he has never threatened himself or anyone else. The doctor admitted to me that he wasn’t releasing him because he caused a disturbance, and then went on to say he’s a danger despite having no observations documented. I was lied to and disrespected by multiple staff members throughout the process. To make matters worse the staff actually lost the patient and then had the audacity to claim that he was safer with them. The hospital had began to administer medication against the will of the patient and myself after they were informed that he had a regular doctor and was set to be re evaluated and medicated by that doctor. — UPDATE — I’ve talked with the “administrative supervisor” and the “care/risk specialist” and was lied to by both of them. They did not file the necessary paperwork to have a hold placed, they then submitted it to the wrong county, and had to resubmit it delaying the entire process of appeal. The nurse in Charge he also took it upon herself to trespass me so I am not able to see my significant other. That wasn’t enough though, the next morning the nurse calls me and is threatening to take away my ability to talk to my spouse. The care specialist tried to act like she had made an honest attempt to have him transferred after they displayed they were not capable of keeping him safe, but when I asked her what hospitals she tried her answer was only for one other location that we had already discussed would be full. The entire “care team” is a lie. These people do not care about the patients, they only care about the money the patients put in their pockets. I have never been more disgusted in any system more than I am with the Allina Health
Amazing emergency room and surgical staff. I could not have asked for better care.
Had to give a "one star rating" because a "negative 5 star rating" is not an option. Worst ER service imaginable. Well, actually the admissions lady was wonderful, but the medical staff was arrogant and dismissive. Needless to say, they released my son - UNTREATED. They provided absolutely no substantive aftercare. Might be worth disputing the charges maybe just for the opportunity to voice my complete lack of confidence and disgust in their medical staff. I will use a different, more reputable, hospital when/if our next emergency arises.
