At Campus Krishna, we aim to create an experience which re-energizes the body, mind, and soul. Join us for a guided journey back to the heart through invigorating yoga practice, mindful breathing, and sacred mantra meditation. This is a time to intentionally reconnect with ourselves, our source, and each other, by pausing the hectic flow of life and tuning into that which truly nourishes us.
No previous experience required, just come with an open mind and heart! ;)
