I went into the St Joseph Missouri location for a GM interview only to be told that position was filled 2 days ago. Was offered the AGM position by another AGM your store has some serious issues when the DM would not even take the time to meet with me and he was there. Not to mention when you have an AGM bad-mouthing the GM during an interview that is highly unprofessional. I was offered the AGM position but I will pass then you wonder why that restaurant has so many issues. Seems like you need to make changes starting at the top. I was supposed to interview yesterday and it got postponed until today because supposedly the DM could not make it he was there today and didn't even take time to come and introduce himself. Very unprofessional for an AGM to bad mouth other employees especially in an interview. If you ever want a good member of management let me know.
HARDEES AT BIGLEY IN CHARLESTON WV rotten lettuce on fish, brown not even wilted green also ruined with sauce I ordered without. Also they raise prices overnight without changing the listings with is fraud as all pricing must be shown under the law. I checked this site so I can avoid all other restaurants owned by this group. THIS NIGHT YOU LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I HAVEN'T BEEN IN A MCDONALD'S IN OVER TEN YEARS OVER AN OVER CHARGING OF WHAT IS LISTED. TACO BELL AND PIZZA HUT LOST ME TONIGHT AS WELL.
The Hardee's in McDonough, GA is slow to the point their is a line every morning to get food with no improvement whatsoever. I've been coming to this restaurant several years and enjoy their biscuits in the morning. I don't enjoy the constant turmoil associated with getting that breakfast. Someone no one knows needs to come observe this place from the seating for several days to observe for themselves.
If there was a physical way to leave 0 stars that is what I would do. This company is a joke. They do not send out W2's, and the link they give to get them yourself doesn't work. Of course there is NO ONE to get help from. You are forced to email their payroll department, who of course DOES NOT ever reply. I have 2 boys who worked at the Hardees location in Lees Summit, MO, and they need their W2's. Not getting these documents prevents them from fillout out a FAFSA for college. That doesn't even cover how ILLEGAL it is to not send out the proper tax documents. Maybe this review will help someone to take notice, and finally contact us.
Just gross! So sad to see a place like this in a nice neighborhood look abandoned, company's fighting for business you think employees would be wearing gloves and masks weeds over grown and the food was just sloppy I may not go to Hardee's very much but man it has changed shame on this owner I never really give reviews but someone should know about this I will be spreading the word !
The Hardees in Quincy Illinois is disgusting they refused to serve me breakfast at 10:19 AM when breakfast is served until 1030 at the drive-through electronics are broken with a crude sign saying pull around to the window I would’ve ordered breakfast closer to 1015 had I not been waiting at the window for five minutes for someone to come tell me very rudely that they are “done with breakfast today thank you” wow Hardee’s should vet their location owners a little better
their restaurants have good wifi lol
Substandard management poor customer service and employees serving awful food products.
Horrible customer service. At least have a human answer the phone for questions when the automated system can't answer it.
