Initially very pleasant & helpful service. It only got better as the process moved forward. In a very tough situation, I needed carpet removed immediately, floors prepped & "flooring" laid immediately before grandma got home from the hospital. Owner was miraculously able to make a few phone calls & accommodate me the very next day. Less than 24 hours after the transaction, I had almost 5 full rooms of stunning, water proof, mold proof, non-allergenic, flooring in my mom's apartment. The installers were sweet as pie to mom and I through they whole process. Mom is feeling 200% better health wise. Thank you Value Carpet for making this transaction so easy. And Thank you to the installers who, sadly, I never had a chance to get their names. They were great. I highly encourage Value Carpet to continue using these guys. Nothing but Awesome things to say about Value Carpet & their installers.

Lovely experience. A truck broke down on the scheduled install day so they called me to reschedule asap. The carpet looks amazing and the installers did a great job. We were a little off on the arrival time of the installers but nevertheless it got done and they did a very nice job. Thank you :

This experience has been horrible. We ordered an area rug and two runners. One for stairs, and one for hallway. Everything with installation came to $1000, paid in full at time of order. They agreed to hold everything until our renovation was complete. We called two weeks ago to let the store know we were ready. They set up the appointment with us. Day before appointment we get a call that the installer called out. We reschedule for a week later. Installer is suppose to come at 9:00AM. At 10:00AM, I call store. They ran into a problem. They could not tell which orders was ours. I had to go to store to try and pick out our order. The area rug was not right that was delivered. My fiancée and I go to store. We got told if want to keep the area rug in place of the custom area rug we paid for we could. Finally after a while of looking around the store, our area rug was finally located. We were told the installer would come Monday morning. Initially we were told the installers had a quick job, and they would come right over. Two hours later nothing, we call again and get told that installers were still tied up. At 1:30PM I call again, they remind me that this is the third call to them. I am just trying to find out a time frame. We were told we get a call back, we never did. I call again at 4:00PM and get voice mail. Finally by 5:00PM installers come to install area rug and runner in hallway. They did not seem happy with amount of times we had to call. The only think we wanted was some communication to inform us when we could expect installers.

True, hard-to-find customer service is available at Carpet Value Center. This involves calls being taken, questions being answered and issues being addressed even after installation and limited warranty. My wife and I experienced a wear problem with stair carpet we purchased, resulting in the team expending considerable effort on its own volition with various third-parties to resolve the matter on our behalf; we believe also absorbing meaningful costs in the process. I had a great experience working with them after not so great experience with 2 other carpet places in the area. Fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. The workmanship on my Cinderella stairs was amazing! Definitely recommend them!!

My adult daughter was very pleased with the gorgeous stair runner they created for her, and the service. I walked in, due to her praise, and they gave me 3 free carpets to make my garage softer for my husband's feettherefore spine which is great, since he has nerve damage from a giant tailbone cancerous tumor. That is nice, beyond any expectation. I had tried to get scraps of carpet out of their dumpster out back, but they were pinned in by weight.scraps are fine for the garage and yet, because of the worker and owners kindness, I now have 3 carpets with finished edges for the garage, what a luxury!!. Carpeting in our new condo was so disgusting that we went directly from our closing to the showroom. Talk about service! Salesman offered to follow us right out to the apartment to take measurements and it was installed 2 days later. Outstanding!

So pleased with our new floor! From start to finish the entire process was smooth and easy. I was very impressed with their installers. They were polite, professional and clean! Will be calling again soon to do another flooring project!
