Ok. I'm going to go out on a limb and see if you respond and take action on this. I'll assign a tentative 5 stars rating, with the expectation you'll formulate the correct approach... I wrote a google and yelp last week about this to Safeway at WMC Drive in Westminster; they responded that someone would contact me but they never did. So, I'm upping it a notch and see hat you good folks have to say!! Last week, late at night, I was in Safeway on WMC Drive in Westminster. A customer brought their pet dog not a service animal in to the store and the 2 of them strolled from aisle to aisle shopping here and there. I asked the store's on duty boss, Kris, if having a pet dog in the store was appropriate. Kris, in front of 2 of his store coworkers, looked at me like a deer in the headlights, cleared his throat a couple times I could see the brain neurons moving at warp speed trying to come up with a response, and he uttered "well, I don't know the store policies or regulations on this, but I guess it's ok for them to have their dog in the store. I responded "so, let's assume the dog poops in aisle 3 and raises its leg and sprays the fresh organic lettuce with pee pee in the fresh veggie section, what are you going to do and wouldn't that be totally unacceptable in the store?" Kris shot back with "well, sir, I can assure you I'll clean it up!!" Kris did not instill any confidence in me and I could just imagine the dog barfing up grass next to the open grapes in the fruit section in a manner similar to the way my childhood pet reacted in our backyard many years ago. So, Mr or Ms Health Department, is it okay if I bring my pet parrot into Safeway some night, let him fly all around the store, and watch him deposit numerous droppings everywhere, including on the fresh open-air French bread???? This might be fun, especially if Kris is working!! What say ye?????????????????????????
I have had an excellent experience!! I called them yesterday to ask clarifying questions about my newborns birth certificate. I live in baltimore but I saw that this location allowed for walk ins. When I called, the lady I spoke to was super nice. I told her my son was born 8 days ago and if he would have a birth certificate ready. She took the time to get his personal information and mine to check and said it was in the system. Fast forward to today and I drove the 45 minutes with my husband and newborn. There was NO line!! The gentleman at the check in as informative and swift. After filling out the needed paperwork, it only took about five minutes! This was definitely a trip well worth it and I will be leaving with two copies of my newborns birth certificate.
I had the best experience here! I had copies of 2 birth certificates in less than 10 minutes. Keith and Pam were so helpful and professional. I appreciate the incredible service!
very easy to get to, with plenty of parking. Carroll County Health Center has some very dedicated staff and they're doing your best to help everybody during this difficult time. Got to give them all two thumbs up, including my wife who just happens to work there...
Saved my life with my birth certificate!! Every county was booked till end of august and this department took me in right away!! I would of had to cancel my wedding!!! Thank you!!!!!
The Vital records staff are amazing. I would like to give special recognition to Jasmin Braxton. Definitely professional and tremendous customer service.
I recently visited the health department to pick up a copy of a birth certificate, I was very surprised with the changes they have made. They are moving in a good direction. Much more professional feeling than before.
This is the nicest group of people. Nice and easy process. Even if Baltimore County or city locations were open, I would recommend the drive to come here!
So helpful and the staff is always there to help you out with anything.
Everyone's nice, but be prepared to wait a while before being seen for appts. Picking up checks is quicker.
