Dr. Wilson is kind and understanding. However, scheduling is awful. You need to schedule at least 4 weeks in advance, but she canceled a week before on me. When I rescheduled, she stood me up. These appointments were to address extreme pain and possible complications with an IUD which can be life-threatening. Possibly this is due to lack of professionalism within the office staff. Nevertheless, won’t return and will go to another office.
I called a month ago to schedule an appointment, had it all set up, sent my medical record release and everything. I show up for my appointment and all the receptionist could say was, "we have no record of an appointment for you". Even though she had me and my records in her system. When I asked if there were any other appointments she said it would be another month. Don't waste your time at this place.
Making an appointment When I wasn’t feeling well made me feel even worse.. The women that spoke with had a tone in her voice that was unpleasant. She would talk over me and made it very difficult to let me ask a question. When you’re not feeling well and you call to make an appointment at the doctors office you would expect that you would be greeted with A bit of compassion
Excellent, superb provider! Kristin Keeley listened to everything I was telling her and she addressed each issue completely. Loved her!
Every mid-wife I have seen has been friendly, attentive, and helpful. I am past my years of babies, but that doesn't mean a mid-wife is no longer needed.
Dr. Keeley was great and so was the rest of the staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was in and out which was a first at a doctors office.
The front desk clerks have no empathy and are very rude. The doctors switch often. Scheduling is terrible.
