We came here for an appt via Carroll's bus and were told 15 minutes into our wait time in the waiting room that our 6 month old infant had to wait outside. It's July. And a baby. We informed them of the heat outside but as healthcare professionals who took an oath to do no harm, they did not show any concern.
Very organized, very professional and Workers Comp Coordinator is over the top! She reaches out to patients, makes sure authorizations and medical notes are sent to the appropriate radiology MRI facility and to the appropriate doctor. She checks on the patient, follows-up , making sure appointments were made. I am extremely happy with their service, and should be extremely proud of the way their workers Comp Coordinator represents their office and company!!! Thank you Lisa~ you are the best!
Showed up here early for a urinalysis, for a potential employer. Waited almost 2 hours just to urinate in a cup. I understand it's a healthcare office, and there were 4 others waiting alongside me. I feel as I was only there for a urinalysis, that I could had just urinated and left them with the cup. I understand I sound selfish and also that's just life and you have to be patient, and spend hours waiting sometimes. But this was ridiculous, the way things go they must be underpaid and understaffed. Next time I will request my screenings take place at concentra so I never go through this experience again. I should had just left.
No one at this clinic knows what they're doing. I would give this review 0 stars if I could. They don't give necessary and IMPORTANT briefings for vaccinations, until after the shot has been administered. Also, they fail to notify people about new policies to their services. The vaccine was no longer company covered, but they didn't ask for payment until later in the day when they called. I don't know how this clinic is still running. Their organization and management is absolutely horrendous. I would recommend anyone to steer clear away from this clinic, you can find better care and service somewhere else.
At 7am on August 26, 2021 upon arrival my son and I got out of our vehicle and as soon as we got up to the front door, the front desk woman came out to us and stated my son could not come inside the office and asked if my son could wait outside by himself. It was just the two of us and I responded firmly no he may not wait outside by himself because he would be alone without supervision. My son has special needs too. I told the woman that I d wait outside and one of the staff can come out to check my ppd skin test. Finally, an MA comes out and invites us into an exam room checked my arm and I was good to go and we left not saying a word before or at the end of our visit. The front desk woman extremely rude and that will not be tolerated by me because my son started crying when he realized what was actually happening. We both felt extremely unwelcome and that this treatment was very unfair and could’ve been dealt better with kindness. Children are not welcome there, note to other fellow parents!
I came to Carroll Occupational today and had one of the most pleasant doctor visits ever. The office was very clean and friendly. The staff was beyond helpful and pleasant, i would have to say this is the most efficiently ran office i have been to in recent memory as my total visit was done in 30 minutes !
If I could give them zero I would. The staff is so unorganized. Beyond rude, the mask policy doesn't apply to them. Your better off going someplace else
So slow, sat in waiting room for more than 30 minutes after the appointment time. They gave my daughter the wrong appointment date over the phone & didn’t have a doctor here on Fridays to perform the physical they knew she needed. What a mess.
I have been sitting here for one hour. This is the slowest place I've ever seen. I'm one of three people in the waiting room and it's been the same three people for the entire duration of my time sitting here. This place needs to get its act together, absolutely horrible and it doesn't appear to have much of a reason.
Waited 50+ min both times I went.... so slow
