This place is a joke every week the family had to talk to worker the care was not good I go in his room he bent over his tray he was not felling well it took the nurse 20 min to come in then she said he wants to go to bed well took him to Dr for is heart and is heart in bad shape. And should not eat in there room cold food when came back from Dr appointment and there more
It was a ghostown when entering the building and looking for staff in halls. Hire more help for the patients! the phone rings and rings and get hung up on when I make telephone call. Cousin was not getting the care she was promised according to her daughter but she is home now. It’s was a poor place to stay and not happy, but it was not my decision. Room was pretty, staff was nice but always very busy. Need more help then maybe would be better for everyone.
Ive been here almost a yr. It's the first place I feel like I belong since starting the medical field. Our ADON is very easy to communicate w and HR is open to any suggestions to make a better place to work and ways to improve it for staff. And w that makes better care for our residents. Bc we have the best residents and their families around!! Love my job.
This place is not a place to send your loved ones! I would search high and low for a better place before I would ever want to send anyone back to them. They left my loved one in her bathroom all alone all night, she passed out from dehydration and not being attended for and is now back at the hospital in isolation. I owe a huge thanks to this place for putting my loved one in an even worse condition.
My father's recent stay at the health center was excellent. Great medical attention and care. The aides and nurses made sure that he was comfortable and paid attention to all his needs. Thank you.
They were kind to my daughter as an employee until she tried to leave there for a new job then they cut her pay to minimum wage. She turned in a 2 week notice on November 11 and worked until November 22nd her stated last day. Payroll person said that she should have worked until December 2nd. ? Not a math genius but that is 3 weeks! smh
Facility took great care of my grandma. Got great therapy and retuned home.
THIS IS A GREAT FACILITY FOR MY FATHER WHO HAD A SERIOUS STROKE AND CANNOT GET AROUND OR COMMUNICATE WELL. CARE IS EXCELLENT AND MEALS ARE MORE THAN ADEQUATE. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY!
Clean,friendly staff and care givers, fun activities and awsome care would recommend!!
