I love the nurses, they genuinely care. Dr Martinez is knowledgeable and caring. I trust her completely. The problem is the front desk. Billing, billing, billing is all they care about. No matter how fragile of a state you are in, they send you to billing before even thinking about making you a appointment. The front desk people are condescending and don't even try to act like they care.I would go elsewhere but I love Dr Martinez and the nurses. The nurses get back with you promptly and are so friendly and genuiene

Therapist had issues with conflict of interest because of another person she was seeing. Need to learn when to reassign your clients because of this instead of telling someone it's their fault. Very awful experience. Never have I before felt that a therapist was victim blaming.. very unprofessional

I went in for an "assessment", prior to this I spoke with them over the phone, at no point in time I was told that I would be charged for this assessment. Yesterday I got a bill for said assessment. How sneaky and unprofessional to charge and not tell the person that there will be a charge. Also, at no point in time, in PERSON was I told I would be charged. I am furious.

Dr. Jill Husson Martinez is absolutely awful. My friend has been seeing her since April of last year and she’s miserable. Dr. Martinez willingly ignores her concerns about her mental health that’s greatly impacting her life. It’s incredibly shocking and frustrating to see my friend be immediately ignored, shut down, and belittled every time she try’s to reach out for help. Dr. Martinez refuses to give the care she’s sworn to give. I’m absolutely furious and tired of seeing my friend struggle so greatly because Dr. Martinez refuses to hear and listen to her. Please fix this issue I’m greatly concerned for the well being of not only my friend but other patients of hers.

People here are very overbooked. They tell you to make an appointment for every week, but their schedules are so full you are lucky to get every other. The therapist then said we could make recurring appointments, but the front desk wouldn't allow it. Communication between the front desk and anyone else is laughable. You can tell every individual person cares, but most seem tired of it. You get wrong or inconsistent information about services from almost everyone. It took them 2 months to tell us that some of our paperwork wasn't done and we had been paying out of pocket up until then.

Very dissatisfied thus far. I’ve been with them for 2 months and my therapist had now cancled all but one appointment. I understand having a life outside of work but I now have to wait a whole month to be seen because she isn’t at work. Will likely be finding somewhere else to attend therapy, since apparently these people don’t care too much about their clients.

They have amazing therapists. But my fiance called to talk to a crisis counselor, crying begging for help. They made her talk to a billing department first. The mental health system needs fixed. My fiance got help, but maybe the next person wont have the patience to talk about finances when they are deciding if life is worth living. Fix it.

Lack of communication between therapist and front desk. How can people expect help from a system against the patient. Very sad. I don't recommend.

Their crisis hot line is a joke you can't get ahold of anyone and I keep having suicidal thoughts and they still refuse to help me and trying to get ahold of a therapist yeah good luck I've been going here since I was 13 still getting no help with my autism and major depression

I have received excellent care and also help coordinating my insurance and services I have available to me.....also help coordinating these services.
