This place made me feel worse about my self. Made me feel uncomfortable and not want to do my treatments anymore. Oh they don't read ur medical charts very well. I have seizures and they gave me a med that people with seizures can not take and I had been taking it 3 months before I called and told them something wasn't right and they made it a joke. Oh you shouldn't be taking that med.

Front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional every time I call with questions and make it so much worse of an experience. Definitely need to work on their skills and be more mindful and courteous towards the people they are working with. There is no reason to be SO rude. Would recommend retraining or replacing the people you choose to handle your scheduling and such because they make me and so many other people hate coming in. Do better.  Really really love Ms Ingram and will be back to see her again. Only complaint I have is with your receptionists which make me not want to come at all.

I have always hated therapists.  Figured I'd have to go through a couple before I found a good one.  At the time I couldn't afford therapy anywhere else.  The very first therapist I got is excellent.  She is attentive, caring, and professional.  For me they have been life saving.  If you don't like the therapist they give you ask for another. If nothing about this place works for you keep seeking help.  Mental health is important don't give up, you are not alone.

Psych side...pointless. I have never felt more dismissed and ignored by a provider than I do here. I have seen 2 now associated with VBH and I would not recommend them to anyone. They also try to switch your provider. We must be too complicated for them. I have seen some or the therapists associated with them in an inpatient setting and they're way better. I am switching my provider to my therapists office. At least they all are considerate when concerns come in and don't dismiss you.

My son has been at VBH for many years.  He has always received kind considerate care.  Even same day appointments if situation required it!  Billing issue with his insurance 2 times and was addressed and fixed right away.

I love Jennifer, however the receptionists have been kind of mean. I’d suggest investing in some new ones.

Had a medication follow up appointment today and and my provider Jennifer decided to all of a sudden stop prescribing my meds and told me I should switch providers for no apparent reason. I’ve been on this medication for 2 years and can’t function properly without it. Told her I wouldn’t be able to perform my daily work tasks without it, she didn’t seem to care. When I tried talking to her about possible solutions so I could function at work, she just walked off. Very unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Communication and listening to what you try to explain about your situation is mediocre at best. Poor judgement in diagnosis and lack of care.

I think the woman I see is very understanding and fair.
