Dr. Tiffany Tesmer is one of the most compassionate, understanding people I’ve ever met. Her medical background is clearly one of her greatest assets. She treats her patients with all of the compassion needed to understand anything that is going on in their life. I never stress about talking to her about anything that I’m concerned about. I would refer her to anyone I know.
They take such good care of you at Thornton Primary Care! My wait time was a little bit longer today than usual, but once I got into the treatment room, the nurse was attentive and kind, and thoroughly took care of my issue. Then a doctor quickly came in to check on things, and I was out the door to go on with my day
First let me say that the doctor's here are GREAT. We have been patients for five years. Every time we go in they are attentive, and kind. I always feel like we are listened to, and that our personal preferences are taken into consideration when choosing treatments/medications. HOWEVER, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment. The past several times I have tried, I have run into hurdle after hurdle trying to get something booked. First, the online tool NEVER works. They are booked so far out, it just "says no appointments available" and you are forced to call. This is another hardship, because it typically takes multiple attempts and eons of time to get through to somebody in the clinic. For the past year and a half, every time I have FINALLY managed to get through to somebody and book an appointment, it's a minimum of three months out, sometimes more. The doctors, nurses, and admin staff who work at the clinic are wonderful, but it's extremely difficult to access them, in all aspects. I am not sure if this is due to lack of staffing, or just general mismanagement, but it's such a low spot for what is otherwise a great clinic.
It has been hard to find a Doctor in today’s world for many reasons. Dr. Sanders I knew immediately that this was a doctor I wanted to work with. Dr. Sanders listens he does research and verified what he believes is the issue, I I am very impressed by his thoroughness his kindness and his compassion to help his patient. I am so glad for his service and I Am great full for everything he does for me, if your looking for a Doctor and want to hear from his patients point of view, look no further.
Dallas Bogner is super sexist and idiosyncratic. He tried to impulsively diagnose me with bipolar not even 5 minutes after meeting me. I then went on my own to be diagnosed correctly by another amazing organization with no help from my "primary" care doctor. He treated my partner who is a cis white male with respect and listened to his concerns but didn't have the same respect for me. Do not recommend
This was my first time at this medical building. My employer just went through an insurance change. I was pretty leary about getting a new PCP. Dr Tesemer was going to be my next new PCP. My wife and I arrived early, about 45 minutes. My appointment was at 1:40. I filled out the paperwork and by the time I knew it, I was being called back. When we got into the room, it was 1:38. I told the check in person that I was shocked that they were right on time. Right then, I knew that I picked the right place to be cared for. Dr Tesemer was very thorough and made sure that all of my meds were transferred over from my previous Dr prescription. I think I have found a good place with people who really seem to care.
I had an appointment with Dr Bogner yesterday to get help with a muscle flair up. He was attentive, listened well. Reviewed my medications for pain. He gave my suggestions for relief, and referred me to a physical therapist. I left with a great sense of relief. Knowing I will be able to leave the pain behind.
Dr Kevin Vance listened to all my concerns. Gave me some good advice. I asked him if he'd like to be my new primary care provider - he accepted. Very much appreciated Dr. Vance.
The staff, nurses, and my doctor, Dr. Bogner, were all pleasant, courteous, and professional. I am thankful for the excellent care they offer me. Arnold Flater
Injured my finger while out of state and Dr Bogner was able to fit me in right away when I got home. He gave me a few options to get x-rays done and was quick to get back to me with results and treatment. Great service!
