This place is very unresponsive. I’ve been trying to get billing to call me back to see what my insurance is going to cover and after 3 messages I yet to hear back. It’s been 3 weeks since my initial appointment and it’s frustrating that I’d yet to receive a cost analysis and update on my treatment plan! I’d go elsewhere if you can.
By far the worst place of business NOBODY there is professional they don't answer the phones and Leslie just sitting at the front desk not answering calls rolling her eyes nor helping, they are only friendly to certain colors of skin they constantly change hours and management without any notice even if you drove from a different city they don't care if you are 2 mins late they give you attitude when you ask for management then Vanessa just apologized for sorry about our phone lines this is NOT the first time they treated my daughter and me disrespectfully and they think it's ok,if you want good friendly service and people who answer their phones don't come here I'm definitely reporting them to Medicaid and the BBB, TERRIBLE place of business!!
The only good thing I have to say is that my PA was very nice and made an effort and that front desk staff was *occasionally* helpful and nice. Otherwise, the entire practice has to be the most disorganized place I've ever dealt with. Constant cancelled appointments on their end!, "miscommunication" between offices, or complete lack of communication. Then, the doctor I saw my PA had me go to her doctor was condescending, wouldn't listen to a word I said and then promised to send my medication to the pharmacy. When that didn't happen, I called and was told that he never was going to send anything and that I was lying. Then I find out, after a couple YEARS of going in for my biologic shots, that I could've been doing them at home! It's $75 every time I go in to get it, every two weeks that I could've been saving! Finally got in to a new allergist and won't be coming back if I can help it. Not at all worth the frustration, there's a reason there's no wait time to see providers here.
They get one star for performing an allergy test without much hassle. They get negative stars for a HIPAA violation in that they refused to release my records to me.
I'm a little disappointed with this place I have been coming here for about a year for my allergy shots before the pandemic it start out as a miscommunication with my insurance ok it's fine it happens it got worked I paid what I had to pay when they did take care credit now they don't, but the reason for my review is because my last shots I got was back in Oct 2020 and I got a call from them after my last shots in October asking if they'd like me to order in my new dosage of shots since my others were about to expire I said yes please and I never got a call that they had been received to continue them so when I went in about a week later they had a sign on the door saying due to covid we are discontinuing allergy shots until further notice ok I get that to protect staff and other patients I work in a dr office I do the same thing, but again no call back to come in. Now I'm being told that I cannot come in at all not even for an appt because I'm in pre-collection but I never received a bill in the mail never got a phone call about a missed payment no nothing now I have to pay for a bill I don't know how much it is nor was my copay once again collected at the time of service. I can not believe how medical offices do this to people to send them to collections with no notice or anything or even give people a chance to pay before collections nor do they collect copay for visits like THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO, but they do this to make people go to collections and pay even more money then what the orig bill was. I will NOT referr this place to anyone if they do business like this.
Both of my teen children have been going here for over a year. The staff is friendly and fast. Making an appointment is simple. They treated my kids in many ways: yearly physicals, flu shots, anxiety/concentration stress issues, allergy treatment and a sports related concussion. I recommend Immuno E Health Center to anybody looking for health care.
Impossible to get help from anyone here. Phone calls are almost never answered - and on the lucky chance they are, you're just blown off or given a 'we'll give you a call back by the end of the day' and you never hear from them again. Was never informed of the results of lab work I'd had done and when asked how much it would cost to have said lab work completed, was given a number, then billed over twice that amount.
Awesome Place! Great staff. Dr. Obrien and his staff really care about you. Making sure you get the right treatment you need to be as healthy as possible!
This has been the best allergy and asthma clinic I have ever been to they are quick and efficient but they do not rush you out or hold you for hours like national Jewish, doctors are very knowledgeable and really care about you
This Office is amazing and should help out with new staffing at the south Office! People here have wonderful personalities and welcoming to all ...
