I was skeptical to come here after reading all the negative reviews. I’m glad I ended up going in because Diana was absolutely AMAZING!! When I first went in the woman at the front desk was really nice and friendly. After I was checked in I waited about 5 min if that before getting called back. The nurse was also nice and attentive. My wait for the Dr wasn’t bad either about 10 min. When Diana walked in I just knew I had made a great choice to go in. I voiced all my concerns to her and guess what…. She ACTUALLY LISTENED! I truly wanted to cry because every Dr before her was hearing me but not really giving any solutions. I wish there were more Dr’s like Diana because she really cares about what she does and that means so much to me. I will recommend her to everyone!
I got to my apt my 5 mins before my apt time. Mind you they said they would send me things through text for a reminder of when to arrive and so forth . I got here and they are getting all my insurance and signatures . Just to be told I have to reschedule!! COMING FROM THE MEDICAL FIELD MYSELF . THAT WAS INAPPROPRIATE AND NOT NECESSARY. If you want your patients to arrive within a certain time period ADVISE THEM WHEN YOU ARE SCHEDULING THEM OVER THE PHONE!! NOT IN THE CLINIC THE DAY OF THIER APT . I understand that there’s other patients that need to be seen within their scheduled time but it’s my fault that I arrived 5 mins before my apt . AGAIN DO BETTER AS A STAFF. And I know how much a negative comment will do for this company. Sad to say I don’t go based off a review until I try it. But no wonder the review is so low . TRAIN YOUR STAFF THANK YOU.

This office is terrible. They are disorganized and unresponsive. I visited for the first time for an annual wellness checkup which included a blood draw. The woman who drew blood pierced into the muscle in my arm and left a bruise that was about 4 inches in diameter. After the results came back the doctor said she was going to order additional tests from the same blood draw. After not receiving a response about those tests, I sent several messages and called several times. The messages were ignored and no phone calls were returned. Finally, more than 3 weeks after the tests were supposedly ordered, I received a phone call to tell me the tests were never run and the blood was discarded. She said I would have to come in to have more blood drawn. Not at this office I won't.
Worst experience we have had ever!! I arrived 20 minutes after my son was brought in by ambulance. So I apparently missed all they were going to do for him. Seriously I think that’s all the medical care he was going to get!! When the nurse came in she didn’t even acknowledge that family had arrived since she had been in last. I asked if a doctor would be in to explain the test results and what was going on since my son was not able too. She acted like I was an inconvenience. She responded without turning around to face me! I had results online almost 2 hours before a doctor came in! I pushed the button to ask for a doctor and still waited! Now to think I’m just inpatient let me set the stage.. this was a mid day visit on a Wednesday! No one waiting in the lobby. No alarms going off, staff over talking, although they claim to be too busy to come give an update! Results posted online at 11:30 and still no doctor at 1:30!!
I waited 40 minutes last time to see the doctor for my first appointment just to have to schedule 2 weeks later for the actual physical. I then arrived at 10:51 for what I thought was a 10:50 appointment but I guess it was 10:40 so I was told I was a no show and to reschedule. Horrible service here. If you read this and decide to use them for your primary care then you were warned. Shame on your team Dr. Kupersmit.
Michelle C. was very helpful last week!! She identified a problem with my new insurance card due to a prior entry error. She is spot on and took care of me. NP Diana was excellent with care for my chest cold. Thank you so much!
Absolutely the worst doctor experience I've ever had. Dr. Melendez was dismissive, judgemental, and un-empathetic. The assistant was the same. The place was cold and lifeless.
good afternoon, to communicate my total disappointment with this medical office after they made me waste my time waiting for lab results of which they never knew how to explain to me what happened with the results, I had to make another appointment to repeat again the procedure of blood tests for my thyroid today I arrived at 400pm for an appointment at 430pm but my surprise was that at 435pm another patient who had the appointment at 400pm came and was also waiting for lab and they were still not attending him. ... that says that they provide bad service, I will have to look for another office to continue my treatment. I know you won't mind my comment either, thanks anyway. Jorge Silva
The first time: my mother had a check-up here and I didn't see any results sent back, and when I went to ask them, they said my mother had never been examined here, they didn't see the information on the system. The second time: my mother made an appointment for a general check-up because I have a free medical check-up every year. And when they check, they only check a few things and make an appointment for the next one on another day because the doctor doesn't have time. I still agree. And my mother still went to the doctor the next time, they still did a preliminary examination and then sent the bill for the two visits, forcing me to pay nearly $300, I don't know if they did a general examination or what so my mother not free . 3rd time: I made an appointment for a heart check-up and when I came they said they didn't see my information on the system, it was the system again, I don't know if their system has a problem or because they don't save it, but there is a problem. problem all the time, and they arranged me another day, and the fourth time: i came again they said the doctor was busy and wanted to reschedule me again. I tried many times with them because it's near my house but Sorry my patience is limited. And I don't want to try again. We are patients who need to be examined, but coming here only makes my illness worse. You work as a physician, but you don't really have a heart and don't really love your patients, you work carelessly and indifferently. Melinda, you sit to receive guests, but you draw that you are bored with the work you do, always melancholy and tired. If you don't like it, don't do it, it affects the patient's mood. And I also think you should get rid of the system you're using and get rid of this clinic. I have never written a bad review before. But you guys are really bad.
