No appointment is required to be seen by a highly trained, health care professional. Walk-in or reserve your spot in line and we’ll text when it’s time to come in. Walk in before work, or throughout the day.

We have extended hours to help accommodate your busy schedule. Our trained medical providers are here to help you get to a healthy state as soon as possible. We take the time to ensure that you are properly evaluated, get an accurate diagnosis, and are presented a complete treatment plan for your unique situation.

Even though it was almost time for them to close, they welcomed me and happily took care of me. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional. Andrew stitched up my wound carefully but also quickly, and the other staff member sorry, I forgot her name, but she was very nice! helped calm me down while I was getting an injection of lidocaine and getting stitched up I'm not a fan of needles!. The last time I went to an emergency room, I had a four-hour wait, but at UCHealth Urgent Care, they took me right away and sent me home in less than an hour. Plus, with my insurance, urgent care is much less expensive than an ER visit. So glad I chose this location! Great experience.
The staff were all very kind even though the clinic was busy they still had a smile and were very nice. Got my child seen fairly quick. I was overall extremely impressed and appreciative of the Dr. He was kind and very communicative with myself and my daughter made sure she felt safe and confident to talk to him about her pain and issue.
I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place. Every single aspect about it is wonderful. From the front desk staff to the nurses and Dr. Mack, it’s a seamless process with the best care. I have been there for myself before and my 8 month old son. When I brought my 8 month old in, it was 20 minutes before they closed on a Sunday night and they were so welcoming and helpful. They even had the medication we needed since all of the pharmacies were closed. They’re kind, respectful, knowledgeable and just the best!
Everyone was so incredibly nice to me, which seems like a simple thing. But I had been to two other places and spoke to two their doctors before this visit, and both experiences were terrible. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating, and even took extra time to see if my insurance was in network she didn’t have to do that, and it was greatly appreciated. I felt very taken care of from the front desk to the rooming nurse, to the physician. He was so patient and thorough, very transparent with costs which I really appreciated. He actually listened to me and my symptoms, discussed his thoughts and plans before doing anything and allowed us to come to a decision together about my care. He was the first doctor I felt like actually cared about me, my symptoms, my financial situation, and helping me feel better. I’m so glad I came here, and will definitely back in the future if need be. Everyone was so kind, that’s so important at any health care facility, but it’s unfortunately a rare occurrence.
Kristen Cleavelin was the provider who saw my son, she has horrible bedside manner. Didn’t listen to any concerns coming from from his mother and was basically pushing to follow up with his PCP without addressing any issues during the visit. I understand following up with his normal provider but the entire encounter was rushed and dismissive. His after visit summary included inappropriate instructions for a school age child keep breastfeeding and as long as he has wet diapers he’s fine. Let’s me know you put absolutely no thought into that visit mostly due to how rushed she went through it. Absolutely would not recommend bringing you or a loved one to this facility based on this interaction alone.
I took my mom to this location this morning. Check in was efficient. Our nurse was super friendly and listened to our concerns. Amy was amazing with my elderly mom. We came away feeling good about our diagnosis. Highly recommend this location.
Had to go to Urgent care today, the one closest to my house said there was a 4+ hour wait and to come back, second one I checked said they did not have the equipment to do the test I needed. Ended up at UCHealrh Urgent Care. Check in process was quick, waited less than 5 minutes from check in time till I was taken back to a room. Paul, the gentleman that took care of me, was very friendly and did what he could to "lighten the mood" while taking care of what brought me to urgent care today. This is not the closest Urgent Care to my house, but it is the Urgent Care my family will use if we need one again
Hands down the best urgent care I have ever been to. I have had to go twice in the past week for unrelated issues and the entire staff was amazing. Quick check-in, incredibly kind and caring staff, super quick response times!
I had strep back to back and wasn't sure where to go because I don't currently have a primary care provider. I went into this facility twice within a few weeks and both times the front desk, nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and friendly. It took all the stress out from going in and made a really miserable moment for me, easy. I'm grateful for them listening to exactly what was wrong and getting me the antibiotics I needed quickly.
Really great experience as far as an urgent care for vertigo can be. Came in feeling horrible, sick and uneasy left feeling more confident that my symptoms were just a result of vertigo and it would just take time. Lorraine Malonson,PAC was so sweet, knowledgeable and comforting as was the entire staff. Hopefully I won’t have to, but if I ever need to come back to an urgent care it would be this one.
