We have been to this theatre a few times and have always enjoyed it. The seats are very comfortable and I like that if I prebuy my tickets I can reserve a specific seat. I am short and I especially like their stadium seating. Even if someone is directly in front of me, I can still see - unless they are super tall and even then I can see almost everything.  The sound is clear and at a good volume, loud enough to easily hear everything,  but not so loud that it hurts your ears. If you join their movie club, there are good rewards and perks. They have several theaters, some movies are offered both in 3d or regular in different theaters. They have a wide variety of food, both typical treats as well as "real" food. My only complaint is the amount of advertising before the show actually starts.  I would estimate at least 20 to 30 minutes of coming attractions, so if you like to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled showtime be aware that you will actually wait nearly 45 minutes.

We saw Avatar2 here in 3D.  Huge theater, but the seats are small and uncomfortable.  Do you really need a theater that seats 1000 in these COVID times.  Our theater has comfort recliners on Olympia, WA.  Hard to go back to the packed in theaters

Service always quick and polite, theaters always clean. Saw glass onion on Thanksgiving and an old guy was berating the teenage staff because his mobile order snacks were supposed to be handed to him 2 minutes prior. Hope his kids put him in a home but they probably don't talk to him at all anymore.

Seats are good. Prices are movie theatre prices. Only gripe on this trip was that the movie started about 20 minutes late and they cut the movie short. The credits never rolled. Mid-song they just shut the movie off. Pinkfong movie. So I'm curious as to how much movie was actually left and why my kids' first movie experience was botched.

Great seating and availability.  The theater was clean and the concessions were good.  The bathrooms were very clean.  The ticket prices were a tad high.  We were hoping for more discounted kids tickets.  It was overall a great experience in a cool location attached to the mall.

I have been enjoying my time at the theatre watching movie. Seats are comfortable to sit and hand rests are nice to keep popcorn  and beverages bottles. Sound effects are great to hear when the BGM plays. My family and I enjoyed it.

Your staff member Andrew who works at the food counter was amazing. He served us and listened to everything we said. He was very nice and helped us get everything we needed. He’s truly awesome. Thank you for your guys service.

Everything at the Franklin Park theaters is great. Maybe a few more employees there for earlier movies so the Pizza Hut pizzas can get made. Even the early customers like to have the chance at those. I went at noon and that section was closed

We went to see Peter Rabbit 2   and I like it & the kids loved it & had a blast. They laughed bunches.    My baby even watched it and was good during the whole movies.

Wonderful experience with friendly staff. It was clean and inviting. Loved the movie!
