Great atmosphere & super comfy reclining chairs with tables. Tinseltown has a cherished vintage vibe that just works. The sound quality is phenomenal, I saw a horror film and all of the eerie bits of sound texture were perfectly echoed.
This place has really gone down in quality. A lot of the seats are broken, the theaters are consistently dirty and don't even look like they've been cleaned in a while. For how much tickets cost, it is not a good experience.
The leather recliners make movie watching comfortable. The rooms are designed for big visual and audio impact. Small capacity rooms keep the experience intimate and enjoyable. We go early, and it's never overly crowded . The young people working are pleasant and efficient. Overall, this is a good date night place.
Always a great time here. I love the seating and the way it feels like your row is the only one in the theater. As usual, the food is outrageously expensive but it is what it is! A good movie theater.
I cannot say enough about how much I LOVE this theater! The seats are amazing and they recline!! This theater serves actual food too so you don’t have to stop somewhere before. Prices weren’t too high compared to what I received. This was the most convenient and comfortable theater I have ever been to!
Had a fantastic time at Cinemark catching a Bollywood movie! The theater was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The screen and sound quality were excellent, which really made the movie come alive. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Cinemark to anyone looking for a great place to watch a movie.
Used the Cinemax Club for a free ticket and 20% off snacks we preordered. The theatre was clean and comfortable.
Concessions are excruciatingly slow. It's like they are surprised that there is a line 10-15 min before a movie starts. Sets off a terrible experience and probably the reason we just stream a movie vs deal with the inefficiency. If no mobile orders, and that register is free of people. Why not pull 3-4 people over at a time? Just dumb strategy -do better big corporation Cinemark. The obvious isn't that hard. Employees are great - just working in a very inefficient system.
We’ve heard the phrase “All dressed up and no where to go” … Well this theater is it. Apparently, each theater has had makeover but the concession area hasn’t. They still have the same overpriced snack offerings. This used to be a booming theater with tons of patrons. Not so post Covid. New reclining “leather” seats, complete with snack trays and drink holders and still… no people. This theater probably seats 375-400 and there are FOUR patrons seated. The Pandemic, Covid, Monkey Pox and all of that together has truly taken a toll on our society, families and communities in a huge way. It might be good that it’s not packed… probably less opportunity for some type of transmission- viral or otherwise…so there’s that.
This place is going downhill fast. You can tell that their budget isn't doing well as no matter when you go, it is staffed by a skeleton crew. On multiple occasions, when going to see a move past 9pm we had to leave the theater to find a staff member to help deal with rowdy theater goers, but there was no one to be seen. Not a single staff member was out on the floor anywhere. Recently, during a film viewing, the audio of the film entirely cut out, again, no staff anywhere. Thankfully it restored on its own eventually, but there was no one to notify or complain to. We tried ordering food with our online ticket which according to the website, would be ready to pick up on the rack when we got there so we could "skip the line". We show up, at the designated time, there is no food on the rack and a line of confused customers at the pick up station. One by one a single employee who is working multiple lines come up and makes the order on the spot. So I ask the attendant why I had to wait in line to get the food that was ordered to "skip the line" and she said they just do that to make sure it's fresh. This is a bogus answer management told them to give, when the truth is that they simply don't have enough staff to handle the food orders / prep - why else would there even be a food pick up rack? It's kind of funny, but to top it all off, half the main sign is flickering, almost as a nod to how fast this ship is sinking. I won't be returning here ever again, this place is a goner with the current management.
