The course is a little beat up but we definitely still had fun and the lack of water in the water features worked in our favor the multiple times we hit the ball off the course whoops!. We were walking towards the museum for another round of art when we saw this on the way. It had come recommended so we decided to give it a go and it was what we were looking for. A highlight was the informative signs at each of the holes explaining a different geographic locale in LA. We relaxed at the shaded tables at the end of the course and would have happily bought a beverage if the refreshment stand was open. Pretty standard mini-golf experience with a fairly shaded course.
Such a fun little golf course! I definitely recommend for some family bonding. : I even got 2 holes in one!!!!!
First time here and we had a great time! There are two courses but we only did one. The course is nicely maintained except for one hole towards the end that needs attention green carpet replacement. Otherwise, it was not crowded at 5pm when we went so we could leisurely make our way through the course. I loved the N.O. decor and almost teared up seeing Mr. Bingle a beloved local childhood character. We'll be back again!
I'm not sure what the plan is for renovations for this course.. but they desperately need it. Almost every hole we played the green was torn up. we understood the water was gone because of maintenance which is fine, but the state of this course is laughable! Which is sad since it's the only putt-putt place around. The people working at the front desk said 2 words to us when we went in so customer service was lacking as well. We went on a Saturday night so expected it to be busy- but besides what is posted on the rules there was a group of over 15 people playing together says the max is 5 on a card I believe. This group had 5 other groups waiting to play through and backed up the whole course. After 15 minutes of waiting to play one hole we just picked a few holes from the other course to finish our round. Just overall not the best experience and with so many wonderful things to do in the city it is simply not worth the money to come here!
My son had a great time. Some of the courses need some maintenance torn, holes, etc, but it's still a fun timeVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Very clean and well organized. There's two seperate 18-hole courses here that are independent and individually charged. We did the Louisiana course and had a great time. A good mix of straight forward holes and ones with risky gimmicks. It had just rained when we went and the course still played well, which is a testament to how well it was designed and how well they maintain it.
This course is clean, well organized, relaxed, and full of great interesting facts about Louisiana and NOLA. Second time here and we absolutely love it! Took a photo of each hole and some of the fun statues they have set up along the way! Great prices, good social distancing and rapport amongst people who are customers it seems, and the staff is quick and friendly.
Visited on 6/14/23 and about a month prior. Both times the water features had no water. The course is poorly maintained. Ripped carpet. leaves and debris all over playing surface. Such a shame for what was once a nice course. I know they are making money because it was crowded both times. Need better management to keep the course in shape.
The City Putt consists of two 18 hole courses both on a beginner level. The courses are clearly set up and very well maintained. The overall cleanliness and comfort was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice 2 hour date, family outing or friend gathering. It can get quite hot as there is not a lot of sun cover, so sunscreen is a must!
It's fun because it's putt putt but the entire place is a wreck... the water is gone, the greens are destroyed in some places, and the lights are off in others. They are supposed to close at 10pm. The lights went off at 9:45 and we were actually locked inside the course until we banged on the windows for someone to let us in... Terrible.
