Very rude young sales rep back on 8/22. Assuming she was the manager as she was by herself. She glared at us the whole time we were there and just had very bad energy about her. Bought a pair shoes but she never acknowledged us or even said thank you after purchase. I said thank you to see if she would precipitate. Just writing this review now as I wanted to buy some Clark shoes again but I rather not deal with the lady if she is still there. If she was working for me, she wouldn’t be working for me.

Rudest customer service I’ve experienced! I’ve bought 3 pairs of shoes at this location and went in on Friday 9/9/22 at around 11:45am. I approached the front desk worker and from her body language to her facial expression, she was in no mood to talk to anyone. She was definitely annoyed by my presence alone, but I asked her anyway if she had a certain shoe size. In such a quick and rude tone, she responded “I have 7, 8, and 11..” While contemplating having her put in an order and while I was thinking out loud, I asked “ok, so no 11.5 or 12’s?” She cut me off and in such a condescending way, repeated “I have 7, 8, and 11..” This was purposefully said to make me feel stupid, so with how rude she was and her unwillingness to help, we left immediately. It was honestly intimidating walking in the store, and you could just feel her negative energy. We will never go back to that location and I will tell my friends and family our experience in hopes they don’t go back as well.

Terrible customer service!!! I would like to report that the dark skinned lady who was working on Sunday as the person in charge of the store in WC I think she was the store manager was super rude and not helpful at all. We couldn’t find our sizes for the color of the shoes we wanted to buy; and at first she told us we could try them in a different color and then she could order the color we wanted for us. After finally trying them and ready to order them I would like to emphasize that the shoes we wanted to buy were regular price and not on sale, she told us it’s a weekend and she can not do that! And also told the young lady who speaks Spanish who was working with her that day, in a very rude way in front of us that we couldn’t order the shoes we wanted….After 40 minutes of being at the store she said that to us. If she is actually the store manager she has the worse customer service ever!! She was not nice at all!, but the young lady she was very helpful and even felt bad for us that she could not do anything for us…

Yesterday Aisha was helping me with other Clarks customer. She has helped me about what might be good for me with listening. She was kind, respectful and fun.

My wife really likes the Clark's. She most gets them for work in an office. They hod reasonably well for everyday use. In fact, one of her favourite pairs is a CClarks. She is definitely replacing it with a new one which is a great sign. The store has a much better selection than the surrounding department stores, so definitely go there. They do have good sale evenys, though I could not tell how it compared to the one at Macy's. Potentially the company store carries different models.

Kind of expensive even in sale ,because you might find the same shoes at Marshall's in cheaper price.
