I went to buy a formal dress last week and honestly, it was a great experience ever. The sales representative that was there helped me so much. She suggested me a dress after seeing me not finding one. Unfortunately, I forgot her name and learned that she got transferred to another store…. In addition, I received an excellent alteration services. I would definitely will return to this store and recommend it to my friends.
Adriana in the lingerie department is amazing she provide stellar customer service. She assisted my mother with a very intimate situation. She was warm and friendly. Adriana was professional and very knowledgeable. My mom was initially intimidated with a big commercial store but after a roller-coaster ride with a small durable medical equipment store, She left feeling confident and smiling. My mom was able to leave with all of her garments and everything was handled with her insurance before we arrived. Nordstrom, in a time when customer service is on the decline just know that Adriana provides 5 star customer service and makes customers feel great. She truly loves what she's doing and it shows. My mom hadn't been "happy" in a long time since her treatment began, that day she said, "I am feeling happy and I haven't in a while.
Tried to purchase shoes in the women’s department today. The salesperson who helped me was great. Didn’t purchase because the wait. I stood in line for 15 mins while the checkout person tried to do a return. Another salesperson helped their client on a second register with a purchase and then left ignoring me and the person in line in front of me who had a return. I walked over to the designer shoe side since they didn’t have a line. There were two salespeople each helping a client. The salesperson at the front register looked at me and the box I was holding. She asked if I was returning. I said no I’m purchasing. She looked at the shoe box I was holding and said, that’s a UGG box those shoes come from the other side, you should go over there. I explained there was a long line and I already had been waiting and I was happy to wait over here. She told me she was going to be a while. The customer she was helping was getting ready to pay. Clearly the hundred and fifty dollars I was going to spend wasn’t worth her time. I put down the shoes and left. No greeting or acknowledging I was there at the first register and basically telling me to go away at the second. Horrible customer service. I found the shoes on Amazon and ordered them. They are coming tomorrow.
I have bought several outerwear items and they all fit fine and I love to get them in a larger size so I can layer upon layer under my coats.
The friendly staff and patient service. Hi.thanks for your decent view,my friend bought the suits for 13 years old, the services was so great.The tailor was awesome for my kids pants,thank you. Always enjoyed eating the lunch time on the cafe.
On a busy Sunday, the entire store went dark and out of power. We ordered meals from the cafe but were on a separate floor when it lost electricity. We were separated from the family who was still in the Cafe for over 30 minutes because they blocked off the escalators. People were strained on the top floor. The entire place was in chaos.
I like this store except designer shoe department for women because of an employee name Mahdi. She is rude and she favors her clients. She does not bother even greet a client who she believes will not buy expensive shoes. She refuses greeting me even though I have been shopping there for quite some time. What really made me angry, last time I was there I heard her saying my name to another worker. A person who does not greet everyone should not work in this department and represent Nordstrom! I had last time an adorable associate helping me, Allison, and I am planning to make her take care of my new Prada shoes. I am not planning to leave the store because of someone who wants to put me down. I am going to take this one step further if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction. Very disappointed customer of Nordstrom.
Nordstrom is famous for their customer service and customer experience both in-store and online. Now with COVID-19, shopping in-store is reassuring. You have the option to shop online and choose curbside pickup in the indoor garage. You just call and a sales associate will come to your car and load your purchases in your trunk if you do not want to go into the store to pickup. The dressing rooms are clean and with each use the dressing room is sanitized for the next customer. Tried-on clothes or returned merchandise is put on hold and not returned to the sales floor immediately. There is signage everywhere to keep 6 ft away from each other. You and their staff have to wear masks inside the store. At the entrances, Nordstrom offers free masks and hand sanitizer for their customers. The floor aisles are wide for wheelchair, walkers, and strollers.
I went to Nordstrom in broadway plaza on 4th of July to buy perfume. I met Brandon he is extremely knowledgeable, and kind sales person. He made great suggestions and sold me the right perfume. I asked him to pick one for my husband. My husband is happy with Brandon’s choice. Thank you Brandon
The store was clean and organized but none of the staff helped me. They actually ignored me while helping others. I am a younger POC and would have spent to much had someone offered me a room or any type of service. I guess this should be expected here, but it is still troubling…
