My family was very pleased with how things went at our mother's burial service. Katherine deserves special thanks for being there for us to ensure things went smoothly. She is an earth angel, indeed, and we are grateful for the great care and professionalism we received at Columbia Gardens.
I've been dealing with this Cemetery for about five years now. Anytime I've ever had a problem the people in the office have been very accommodating, very understating, and very helpful. I have two grave sites that I visit there... one time I had a problem with some flowers. And Heidi explained to me what I needed to do. They have been responsive to my needs and concerns. The people in the office are very helpful. During times of difficulty, and grief during funerals, one thing they were able to do was listen to my concerns and help me get through very difficult times. They really do seem to want to help
Our family recently gathered at Columbia Gardens Cemetery to hold a Celebration of Life service for our Mom delayed a year because of COVID. After the service, we arranged to have her and Dad's ashes interred in the Cremation Garden, followed by a catered luncheon. This was not an easy task because we have a large family and the entire arrangements were planned long-distance. Katherine was so wonderful to work with. She helped guide us through the planning of the event - everything from handling the paperwork, to selecting a cremation monument via Facetime, to recommendations for musicians, caterers and florists - and was very responsive to our follow-up requests and questions. It was a special day for our family, and Katherine and her staff did an amazing job managing the activities so our family could focus on a memorable tribute to our parents. The cemetery is absolutely beautiful and serene - a perfect final resting place for Mom and Dad.
Our family are humbled and very grateful for the wonderful staff of Columbia Gardens Cemetery. Our experience with them for my dad’s funeral and burial was more than what we expected. They were very caring, very responsive to our requests and it’s such a comfort knowing my dad’s final resting place will be well taken care of by loving and caring people. Special Thank You to Katherine who made the whole process pleasantly easy for us. You are the best! I would 1000% recommend this cemetery for your loved ones. Their service is phenomenal and top notch!

Columbia Gardens is a beautiful place. The moment we walked in to check out the family burial lots, we were impressed and loved that our parents had chosen this cemetery for their final resting place. Katherine and Faye were very helpful, promptly provided answers for our questions. Compliments to your excellent services. All of us appreciate very much your thoughtfulness and professionalism. We were worried that the weather may be too hot with forecast with thunderstorm At the time of our beloved family member burial. We were delighted to see a large canopy with many chairs. The burial services were completed beautifully and smoothly. We came back the next day and found the grave was filled with flowers. It was such a beautiful sight. We all were very pleased.p and took lots of pictures.
Katherine, Faye, Daun and all staff at Columbia Gardens Cemetery made a difficult time after the loss of my parents manageable. Everyone was helpful, kind and supportive. The services surpassed our expectations and the grounds are impeccable. Beautiful winding paths in an arboretum of lovely trees and flowers with chirping birds and butterflies. I visit often, and feel peace. Thank you Columbia Gardens family for helping us do right by our parents. Highly recommended!
I have been very pleased with the service received at Columbia Gardens Cemetery. Katherine was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt in helping us have everything in order, always pleasant with respect and dignity. She and the other staff went above the basic customer service and gave me the most up to date knowledge so that I could make good decisions. I felt very thankful and peaceful that my resting family is taken care of here. Highly recommend!
My husband has reposed in Columbia Gardens Cemetery since December 2020. The staff especially Katherine are comforting, understanding, and knowledgeable. The burial service was well organized. The cemetery grounds are clean and well kept. This family run cemetery is also an arboretum. Seeing community members walking the winding roads while the spring trees and flowers bloom and bud is consoling.
