The only reason we booked this hotel was for the park and fly service that it offered as promised by the representative when we booked the room. When we get there to check in we where informed that the park and fly was no longer available and had been discontinued about 2 weeks prior to us getting there. If I had of known this we WOULD NOT have kept this reservation. This was very very upsetting and frustrating because then at this point we had to scramble to change our plans and go find somewhere else to leave our car versus the airport. Thankfully a person in the lobby suggested walking next door to Wyndham where I had to pay extra to park our car there. Very very frustrating. The original person who checked us in at the Comfort Suites was very very dull and did not acknowledge any of my questions and had very very little personality. The second person working the desk a few hours later that night was much much nicer and had more personality than the first
We stayed here and booked 4 rooms for State Games competition. Everyone in our group were very happy with their rooms and the hotel staff. Yonas drove us in the van to local restaurants and was very helpful. You can tell that Julie the manager was well liked by her employees. She was very helpful. Rooms: Spacious and clean.
I really enjoyed my stay at this location! I am the manager of another location in Washington, DC and Jonnie really showed what it meant to be a Comfort Suites employee. His dedication to my satisfaction as a guest was outstanding. Great problem-solving abilities and did a wonderful job communicating, made my stay more relaxing.Rooms: 5/5
Beware $75 incidental fee tacked on……3 different rooms also When we checked in we were told that fee is added in case something happens in the room during our stay. So pay attention to what is broken or wrong. Toilet paper holder broken, clothes bar in closet had been ripped out of wall, drawer handle not there. Stains on floor. We did get a good night sleep and the beds were comfortable . White bread breakfast, cheese “omelets”, bacon and sausage. Good price for room. Check fridge if wanting to use - first room it was never turned on, and i had stuff I needed cold. Second room all all those above broken things. Then when hubby took a shower, tub trickle drained. there was 5 inches of water in the tub. Their drano barely worked. Onto 3rd room. Like I said, at least we slept well.
Business traveler almost exclusively stay at comfort inn. Staff was friendly, hotel is close to the airport. $75 incidental charge when checking in. My room had a comfortable. The TV wouldn’t get any channels, there were no knobs on the microwave and over all a lot of wear and tear.Rooms: 3/5
