I stopped in on a bit of a whim a few weeks ago, and while they didn’t have any stock for the freshwater fish I was looking for I should have guessed from the name haha!, a staff member spent probably 45-60 minutes talking to me about salt water aquariums, coral, the animals they had in stock, types of tanks and equipment, and general tips. It was so thorough and so interesting, and he really didn’t need to take the time. He even fed the coral while I was there so I could see them eat! Great store environment, and if my freshwater tank goes well I’m a total newbie I’m sure I’ll be back for a second tank and those cool corals!
Extremely knowledgeable, passionate and professional. Unheard of customer service, and I had tons of questions!!! If they don't have it, they'll order it for you and I've yet to find better pricing.... Such a completely different experience walking into a physical place vs blindly ordering stuff online....So happy I found this place. I'll be building all my tanks with them. Right now just starting out with a 55 gallon that I'm slowly turning into a reef tank...I'll post some pics when I can
My girlfriend and I had wanted to visit Coral Lust for a while and we are so glad we did! It was about 15 minutes until closing and we walked in not knowing what to expect. Not only were we greeted with the most amazing customer service by Danny, but he graciously took the time to explain everything about salt water aquariums to us. You can just tell that he has such an affinity for the hobby and puts that first before being a business man. He got us set up with the nicest 30 gallon tank for an unbeatable price with a few extra things he just gifted to us. Thank you for all the help. We will definitely be coming back regularly!
I just started this hobby and chose this place to look at fish. These people were amazing. They were so helpful and explained in detail everything we need to know about our new tank. Me and my wife are so glad we chose Dan's store for help with our tank.
I feel for the owner of this place, my husband and I went to the store looking for some additions to our tank and the store attendant couldn’t care less to answer or basic questions about price or general info. At all. He kept saying that the coral was expensive and that the owner will be back soon. After waiting for a little while for the owner to come back we decided to leave. What a waste! The store has great stuff but the staff is working very had to not sell it to you!
I love this store. Beautiful selection of corals. Friendly staff. Owner is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your aquarium needs.
Horrible business every time I attempt to go in its closed. The sign says Friday 3 too 7 I show up at 4:15 door is locked and there isn't a soul in sight
I paid a lot of money for a “yellow” hammer coral. The owner swore my coral would color up once. I should have known better when it wasn’t even yellow in the shop. The coral is still green and splotchy.
Incredibly nice and helpful staff. We were there back in April and bought all the supplies to stock a new freshwater tank. Everyone was so friendly and patient with us. Answering all of our questions and letting the kids pick out individual fish, no matter how difficult. It was a great experience beginning to end. Their selection is top notch and they told us to call with any issues. All the fish did great!!! So grateful to find such a fabulous store!
Visited Coralust Saturday. Found the prices very reasonable. Good quality, with helpful employees. Overall great experience, I will definitely be back.
