Nadia is a wonderful groomer. She did my Chinese Crested Powder Puff yesterday and did a wonderful job on his hair. She did a full beauty treatment that my dog enjoyed so much. I’ve never seen him so happy and handsome. Nadia will not disappoint. So happy we found her!!!!!
The employees are always very attentive and eager to help, without seeming overbearing. The store is well staffed. This store faithfully restocked with items that I purchase on a regular basis. So, once those specific products begin to run low or sell out entirely, rather than stay vacant for days, the shelves are quickly replenished with more inventory. I appreciate having the piece of mind, knowing they'll have what I need, instead of wasting a trip. There's usually some new merchandise on display as well. They have some good sales on occasion, so depending on which type of pet you're shopping for, you can find a nice bargain now and again. Prices are fair, if not slightly better than most of their brick and mortar competitors. The store is clean, pet friendly, offers grooming services, and has a decent selection. It's right off 309 with plenty of parking out front.
First visit to this particular PSP & I'm impressed! Because it's located in a shopping strip, I did not imagine the store being as large as it is. I was greeted right away from a PSP employee and later asked if I needed assistance finding anything. The shelves are well stocked, in all pet departments. The store was active with dogs being groomed and "Kitty Mama's Cat Rescue" set up for an adoption day. I will commend the aquarium section as well...Tanks were clean and fish looked happy/ healthy. I will definitely be shopping here more often for my 3 cats!
I called at 10:30am to get my dogs nailed cut. They said come anytime from 12:30pm-6pm. I asked if they needed my name and phone number, they said no. I showed up at 1:30pm and they said the groomer called out. Not good customer service.
A number of tanks had stickers saying a fish was sick and none could be sold. I believe all the tanks have a shared filter system/ water so that means all the fish are sick.
I take my Yorkie here for bath & brush & nail trim. They are very kind and friendly to me and my little Yorkie. They are reasonably priced.
The staff are so nice and helpful! I have had such a better shopping experience than any of the big box pet stores!
The employees are friendly and willing to help. This store is always clean.
My favorite pet store in the area. Cheapest crickets .11-.12 cents each Well stocked in all different animal foods and supplies. They also have an area for dog washing and offer nail clipping for $10 Employees are helpful and friendly and always greet you when you walk in. VIP pet care is a mobile vet that goes there on Saturdays and offers discounted immunizations and microchips for dogs and cats. 1 stop shop for pet needs.
Love this local pet store!! Always friendly and helpful staff - the curbside pickup and delivery options are incredibly convenient AND they usually are offering extra discounts if you choose one or the other! They are pretty much the only store that I can buy our favorite brand cat food - Stella and Chewy’s - and I am so thankful they keep it stocked!
