Though the online team didn’t process my order properly, the Plano store particularly manager Kelly and associate Nicole was outstanding in picking up the pieces and held my hand every step of the way to clean up the aftermath and completely turned around the experience - truly exemplary.

The staff here are terrible, I don't think their supermarket is that outstanding, but the attitude of their staff is really bad. When I first entered the toilet, I ignored it, and when I was about to pay the bill, the cash collector named Naomi made people feel uncomfortable, and I will never come back to this store.

Fun store, great customer service, really enjoyed the imported food section for sure. Definitely recommend if you're looking for kitschy items or cool unique gifts, prices were to be expected for imported items. Also they stock Clearly Canadian and New York Seltzer, which is a win in my book.

Very fun place to visit with lots of great variety throughout the store. The various food selections are extraordinary! We love to stop by just to see what new items have been added to the selection. The staff is very friendly and the store itself is very clean and inviting. We really appreciate the different furniture and gift items throughout the store. Parking is plentiful and conveniently located to many other popular locations. We were particularly pleased to find the coconut syrup from Hawaii for pancakes. So awesome! We'll be back again and again.

My favorite place to shop wine and chocolates. I love their selections. Clean store. Helpful staff and lots of cool stuff.

Fresh Veggies and meats are often below average market price, good selection with focus on Mediterranean items, could be better organized as they have a large selection of products.

I ordered 2 bowls I needed on 11/20 for pick up on 11/21. I haven't received any notification that it is ready for pick up and when I tried to call, I never got a live person on the phone and was on hold an hour and 1/2. I just want my money back at this point. First and last time I shop with this company.

Really poor customer service. I called to see if they had a lamp shade to fit a lamp I had ordered from them before I came to pick it up due to a lengthy drive. They told me they had 6 in stock, and supposedly checked. I came a hour later to pick up. When I came in they said they couldn’t find them, other than one that was stained. They had one other lamp shade that doesn’t match the lamp that was almost double the price. It even has some damage but after a 30 min drive I didn’t really have another option. No discount would be given, even though I has come for one that was much less expensive and they had told me they had plenty of in stock. Apparently no one had actually verified that, which is why I called in the first place. It could have easily been made right with some consideration.
