Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. She has a good decorating sense and was able to assist in our selection rather than to just take our order. Showroom was clean and orderly with a lot of selection options. We were sad to hear our purchase of a stock item not custom but bought just as it was stocked on the floor would take over a month to arrive to be scheduled for delivery. Actual purchase was also clunky. In these times when computers should be streamlining processes, we were surprised at the manual-ness of the whole thing. Also, when we asked prices of things like throw pillows, we felt like we were at a used car dealership. The sales person went to a back room to get pricing and was there a really long tome. Seems they should be able to at least ballpark pricing without getting the manager involved. Overall the experience was good enough for us to buy there after quite a bit of comparison shopping. Prices are reasonable and furniture seems to be good quality. We would recommend a few process tweaks though.

We had a great experience buying our new bedroom suite today at the Plano Freed's. We were immediately greeted by Anjum upon coming in and she was extremely friendly and even gave us some chocolates! After we decided on the right fit for us, she was very pleasant to work with and discussed with her manager to get us the best deal possible because our pick was a sample from the floor. We are getting our furniture delivered in exactly a week and are excited!

Jennifer Turner helped me, she was very patient and worked with me with my hectic schedule. She provided excellent customer service along with showing me many options I could chose from. I invested in a new bed set & a TV stand that is impeccably made. It was a great deal from a Black Friday special. Freeds furniture is well made & will continue to go back. We have always received excellent customer service from Jennifer at Freed's in Plano. On separate occasions we've bought living room furniture and a wonderful mattress set from Jennifer at Freed's, and we are truly pleased with our purchases. We will be returning soon for additional furniture and decor needs. Jennifer is quite knowledgeable, friendly, and has an excellent sense of style. You can explain to her what you're looking for, the room it will be going into, and what you think you want, and without fail she will find you the perfect pieces for your home. The 'big place' further north may seem attractive, but I can almost guarantee that if you go to Freed's in Plano, and ask for Jennifer, you will not only find what you're looking for at the best price, but with the best cutover service!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I called ahead to ask a couple questions and was assisted by Jennifer. She invited me to stop by and assured me she would be more than happy to help. I was greeted at the door by Jennifer and she promptly showed me items that met my criteria. She was knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who's in the market for furniture.

This was our first time to buy furniture at Freed's. We had shopped around at several other stores and never experienced the level of customer service that we experienced here when we met Anjum! She was super helpful without being pushy! We loved shopping here and will continue to send business and tell them to ask for Anjum. My husband and I spent several very long, very frustrating, and very unsuccessful shopping trips trying to find the perfect bedroom set. Finally, at Freeds, we found the real wood set we were looking for in the style we loved and, in part due to their President's Day sale, at a price we loved a great deal lower than what any other stores are charging for the same pieces. Our experience was further enhanced with the great customer service that Jennifer provided. She gave us all of the assistance and information we needed without ever making us feel pressured. She allowed us the freedom to look around independently, without hovering or pushing, giving us the opportunity to enjoy browsing the store without ever feeling the pressure to buy. In the end, she worked with and for us to help ensure we got the set we wanted within our budget. We were also able to set up delievery within just a few days at a very reasonable price which includes assembly. All in all, we truly enjoyed our shopping experience at Freed's Furniture and will definitely be back!

My experience with Freed's furniture was great the sales person Anjum was very helpful and had the knowledge to walk me through the entire store I was there three and half hrs, and still had the patient to make sure I was satisfied with my furniture that I purchased : The place is very big and has gorgeous furniture's & their interior designer have done a great job As well , very friendly staff I felt comfortable at the store ! Our experience was very good. Much of this can be contributed to our sales associate, Jennifer Hunter. We have been shopping for a bit, that being said, compared to the competitors we shopped, I feel like we got very good value and quality from our purchase from Freeds. Very pleased with our experience at Freeds. They will be the first stop for our future furniture needs.
