I recently purchased a Otamic 3D Signature massage chair from this store and I am more than happy with their services. Eddie and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they took their time to answer all of my questions to make sure I fully understood all the features and benefits of the chair. After I made a purchase, they instructed me how to maintain the chair in very detail. The chair is of great quality and I have been enjoying it every day since my purchase. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a massage chair.
Because I'm 6'3" tall and disabled I chose to buy locally as opposed to 'on line'...I'm so glad I did...I selected this store over others because of the reviews posted on line...Eddie certainly lived up to his positive reviews and was masterful in guiding me to the perfect chair. We were looking for a massage chair and found this store online. As soon as we entered the store we felt at home. Eddie greeted us and welcomed us to his store. Eddie started off the conversation with a joke, he has a great sense of humor. I was impressed with his knowledge of each and every chair on the floor! Eddie knows every little detail about his product and he explained everything in great detail. He wasn't pushy like most of the salesmen. He let us try and compare some massage chairs that he recommended. It really helped us make our decision with purchasing the right chair in the end. The store is super clean and organized, all of the chairs are grouped by model, generation and price. It definitely makes it easier to make a selection. Our entire purchasing experience was 5 stars - from making a selection through buying the best chair for us. Thank you Eddie for taking care of us and we are looking forward to our new massage chair delivery! I recommend this store to anybody who is looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
We visited Eddie about a month ago to look at the possibility of buying a new chair we were welcomed immediately. They listed to our needs and presented us with different options all within our price range. They were kind, built a customer relationship thy I knew we were going to be taken care of. We did decide to purchase with Eddie. We thought we had an issue with our chair and called him immediately. He personally came to the house and checked the chair out for us. There was absolutely nothing wrong but he made sure we were happy and taken care of. If you are in the market for a new chair, I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from Eddie. My husband and I purchased our first massage chair on 09-19 and it was delivered on 09-26. Eddie was awesome to work with. We stopped in the store with no real intentions of purchasing a chair but we were open to the possibility. There were so many chair options but there were only a couple that fit our need and Eddie quickly redirected our focus and educated us. He was patient, knowledgeable and funny. I even went back to the store before my chair was delivered for another tutorial on how to use it. Eddie went through all of the functions of the chair and answered all of my questions. Very Reputable and highly recommend.
