Initially, the experience was great, I got a mattress set from them for a great price. that's how they got 1 star However, the furniture buying experience was not very pleasant. The guy Kasim Ali promised me one thing and after the sale, I received a totally different service. They didn't even call prior to coming out to deliver. My family was in the middle of dinner and we got a knock on the door. The delivery was rushed and my table leg has a defect. I contacted Ali but I have yet to be provided with a number for warranty information nor have I received a callback. Buyer Beware!! Avoid them if possible.

M furniture is one of the best Lifestyle for Home Furniture. approximately Staff are very nice and good in behavior. Also to note that their after sales service and price was excellent.

The bed I ordered through M Furniture is great! There was a little confusion about a few pieces of the bed on my end. The guy that delivered was helpful and answered all of my questions.

Buyer Beware!!!!! Kasim Ali allegedly had been waiting for 7 months for my broken table leg. When I contacted him about it he stated he is only the middle man. He never provided me with the order number for my broken part nor the phone number for me to check the status. I have filed a complaint on them.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This company sold me damaged furniture and stole my money. I will never ever buy from this company again. The owner is a liar and scammed me.
