The woman in the front office is very rude. I called and left a message, because she never answers the phone. She called me back and told me off for not coming in the office with my complaint. She talked over me and hung up on me! I have a lot of my family at this cemetery and it surely has changed as far as personnel and the upkeep of the grounds. It’s an embarrassment! My family deserves better
My dad was laid in his final earthly resting place at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens yesterday. The staff at Crescent Hill [Sharon, Diane, and Clint] were so kind, thoughtful, calm, and professional. The gravesite looked amazing after the finishing touches. Thank you again for the hospitality, Clint’s beautiful smile, and the light humor we ALL needed.
Our experience was fantastic! I was wanting to bring my late husband's remains down from NC and had no idea how to get all the details. Dianne and Sharon made me and Bruce feel comfortable with our questions. They worked in conjunction with Sandy at Greenlawn memorial gardens in Fuquay-Varina and Thomas Funeral home to acquire all necessary permits. Shives funeral home here in Columbia worked with Dianne at every level. They made an emotionally draining situation one of peace and a heart filled with gratitude. The day of re-interment was easy and even had a bit of laughter. Zul, the driver who brought Martin down here, couldn't have been more professional or personable. We followed the vault the entire trip and sometimes laughed at the thoughts that Martin was commenting on the rocky trip. My daughter's humor. Overall, we were impressed with Dianne and the entire staff. Whenever my sisters and I visit our parents' gravesite at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, the cemetery is immaculate, the office staff is incredible and the upkeep of the landscape is simply beautiful! When I think of Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, 3 Cs come to mind: CARE, COMFORT and COMPASSION! Hats off to Diane, Clint and the entire Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens' team for the excellent service they provide to families in their time of need.
Crescent Memorial employees are very kind, informative, and extremely professional. Guidance during the loss of my mother made my experience very easy. This memorial garden is the perfect place for eternal rest! Thanks for your assistance and willingness to complete my family needs with grace and dignity.
So pleased with the thoughtfulness shown to me and my daughter. Took time to make certain that we were pleased with the arrangements. Mommie's marker was beautiful and they have maintained my parent's gravesite well. Very sweet and thoughtful staff. Thank you so much and may God Bless each of you.
We have had a wonderful experience with the burial of both of our parents here at Crescent Hill. Dianne has been a tremendous help to us and we really appreciate the service and attention to detail.
We visited our son’s grave yesterday and found the cemetery well maintained. It looked very nice. There are always pretty flowers every season at the entrance. The people in the office and on the grounds are excellent and ready to help. Thank you
I really appreciate the patience and care shown by the workers. They are both professional and kind. The time that was taken to explain everything was very helpful and directly addressed my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
BEWARE! The fees at this cemetery are a good bit higher than most.They also will tell you you must buy a vault and marker from them at the time of plot purchase. This is not true. Do not be fooled.
