With less than 24 hours notice, John Halloran had everything in order so that when the inevitable happened, he and Temples Halloran Funeral Home staff efficiently handled our every request. Their knowledge, compassion and personal touch is top notch.

The organization of helping in my time of need could not of been any better. John will guide and lead the family thru every detail . John Halloran is one of the most professional and compassionate directors in the Midlands. I had the privilege to work for him and with him on many occasions.... his passion for serving others is evident and Columbia is fortunate to have someone like him that serves not only grieving families but also his community. The entire Temples Halloran staff are a true blessing! They have assisted our family twice in the past year and a half. The kindness, compassion and professionalism that they give is immeasurable! They truly make you feel as if you’re family.

This is the worst experience with a funeral home my family has ever dealt with. They are not caring or sympathetic towards the family, they want it done their way, not the families way, they even said something about not holding our service on Sunday because of Super Bowl!!! We will never be back to them and I recommend if you want a caring service for your loved one just use Shives. Made the mistake to use these people and we never will again. My family is not happy with how they handle themselves.

I have to thank Jeff Temples, Lee Butler, and all his staff at the funeral home for their hard work in arranging the funeral for my uncle. Jeff was a kind, gracious, and heartfelt person. He took the time to explain the details and arrangements in the middle of the night when my uncle passed. My uncle had planned his funeral years ago. Not all the details had been handle properly back then, and Jeff was very helpful in assisting me in the financial information of the funeral. Sometimes it's not until a loved one passes that issues arise. I can't thank Jeff enough for his help in this matter. A military funeral was planned in advance. Unfortunately, Covid19 changed everything. Jeff arranged for a Flag Folding ceremony and even created a storyboard of the photos I had emailed Him. Mr. Andy Stokes officiated the funeral and beautifully sang a song for him. I was unable to attend, and Jeff was kind enough to FaceTime with me so that I may view the funeral live. I can tell Jeff cares deeply about what he does, and I thank him dearly for that. He made the process easier to handle. Thank you, Jeff, Lee, staff, and Andy.

Very pleased with everyone at Temples Halloran. They made my family feel at ease. No high pressure sells, let us take our time to figure out what we wanted. They took very good care of my dad and made the whole experience less painful.
