Elmwood Cemetery is a historic rural cemetery located at Columbia, South Carolina. It was established in 1854, and expanded in 1921. The older section is heavily wooded and has a section devoted to Confederate dead.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The folks at Elmwood were so very helpful and totally exceeded my expectations. They took care of all the details so I didn’t have to. Will be setting up a pre-need for myself soon.

elmwood Funeral Home, Cremation Service and Cemetery, were very helpful caring and after calling them i didnt have to worry about my spouses remains ,they took care of everything samantha was very sweet and understanding of my needs ,making suggestions when i needed them i would use their services again .
I highly recommend Elmwood Funeral Home. The compassion shown to me was really amazing. William was phenomenal and made the most difficult time in my life a little bit better. We were allowed to personally customize the Memorial Service even though we opted not to use the chaplain offered. It ended up being the most wonderful and personalized service most people who came ever attended.

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went and they didn't try to Howell me, which I appreciated. Daisy was very professional and made the experience as easy as possible for me. I left very satisfied and comforted that all my final arrangements will be easier for my survivors.
In a time where things can be chaotic, Elmwood Funeral Home, especially Weston Shealy, was exceptional in his role of guiding us through the process after the death of my father. He was always available to us when we had questions, and was kind and compassionate. We appreciated his professionalism and his sincere sympathy during a very difficult time.
Matt was very professional and kind. I appreciate that he called to ask questions before it was too late to back track. He made the process easier.
This place is full of it, my father in law has been sitting at their location for a week. Can't even view his body because he too decomposed. They can't get paperwork done in timely manner. Nor can they pick up body in a timely manner. They won't keep you updated. Unless your spending a lot of money they won't bat an eye to your lost or loved one. Don't trust what they say. I've caught them in a lie more than once. The richland county coroner can contest to their lies.
