Cubbers Restaurant

We chose this spot because there were really only a couple of restaurants in town. It was very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. They were out of the gluten-free crust and honestly, I was surprised that they offered it. They had a big menu and I ended up just getting a regular pizza with pesto and artichoke hearts and some other things. Our friends got sandwiches and we were all very satisfied. There were only a couple other people in the restaurant since it was kind of a weird time of day and we liked that they had outdoor seating. It was pretty hot inside. They had cute decor and it seemed like a lot of locals were showing up to eat.

Place is popular, lots of locals and visitors as well. We had a small 25 mins wait, to be expected as we had pizza. Right on the main road and plenty of parking. The sandwiches were really good, tasty and the portions were enough to make you full. The pizza was a 6.5 out of 10. Needed more sauce and cheese, the black olives tasted too salty, maybe a rinse would help cut some of the saltiness. Overall we enjoyed our food and will be back if visiting the area again.

My Chicken Parmesan Sandwich was delicious. The only thing I would have to say is I wish that it had more Marianna Sauce on it as by the time I got home and sat down to eat it most of the sauce had soaked into the bread and made it seem a little dry for me. Next time I will ask for some sauce on the side to dip it in which will make it better for my taste. That would be my only thing and that's just a simple fix. The Sweet Potato fries were delicious.

Best pizza ever. We popped in one night and were pleasantly surprised. Wide variety of menu items, quick service, and a friendly atmosphere. And awesome pizza.

Some of the best handcut fries I've ever had! Crispy, hot, and fluffy on the inside. I also got the fried chicken sandwich no mayo, no cheese, bacon on the side - it was delish. The chicken was crunchy and juicy, well seasoned. Only disappointment was the side of sriracha ranch, it had a nice smokey heat but the finish had an odd sweetness. Everything came out fresh and fast - top quality. Nice price point. Can't wait to try more items on the menu! Update: tried more. Got a cheese slice well done. Kudos for them actually making it well done. Pizza needs char. Nice chewy cheese and the sauce was tasty, not sweet. The dough, nice rise.

Great little local restaurant. Service was great, food was great, prices were fair. Everybody has a different opinion about what makes a good pizza, but we find theirs consistently delicious.

Surprisingly wonderful! On a very busy winter lunch hour we had piping hot, fresh food with excellent service. Highly recommended!Food: 5/5

We grab something from here biweekly. Out of this world Bacon Cheeseburger pizza. It’s like a Big Mac with carbs my fake justifications lol. I like their fries when they are crispy, today I plan to try and build a loaded potato wedge with my order of pizzas and wings. Fried pickles and avacado bites are good too. The Italian is excellent, great size portions. The chicken parm meal was a better bet than the sub but also still good. Fast, Friendly, Delicious. Looking forward to dinner tonight :-

I love Cubbers. Friendly Vermont community place. Eggplant Parm subs are superb! LOVE+ Lots of Cheese=Pizza Heaven! Kid-friendliness: Famous, warm Vermont community atmosphere, while silly cow paintings watch over us I LOVE Cubbers! The eggplant Parm subs are made by an angel from heaven! Courteous staff, was relatively fast for how busy it was. The pizza was great. The gazpacho soup wasn’t the thickest I have had but it was well flavored and I liked the avocado addition. The tomato cheese soup tasted like spaghetti-Os... it wasn’t my favorite. Milk shakes were great. The mozzarella cheese sticks were good although the marinara sauce they came with was bland. I really liked the crispy deep fried pickle spears with sriracha ranch sauce.
