The 30 Day Fit Challenge will be hosted three times a year and will be require a new applliaction everytime! There is a small fee for each BOOT CAMP sesssion.
30 Day Health & Wellness Fit Challenge
The 30 Day Health and wellness challenge comes from the already established idea Arbonne has put together using their strong effective, pure, safe and beneficial products. Thirty days of healthy eating! However, for this challenge the participant will be introduced to a fitness Boot Camp with expert instructors that will add to your healthy living plan along with fun supportive meetings that anyone can attend. Additionally, you will have the support of individuals every other week as we conduct weighs-ins. There will be a weigh in/supportive meeting every other Saturday. The Challenge will consist of two main factors: your eating and your workouts. This will determine the category you as a challenger will be placed in if you want to compete and try to win a prize.
“The 30 Day Health & Wellness Fit Challenger” has purchased the first two packages. 1. Health & Wellness Package from Arbonne; priced at $367.00 plus shipping and handling and 2. the Boot Camp all access membership for $25. As a participant of the membership you have access to 2 days a week of group workouts with an expert instructor and will be provided with an inches, weight and BMI sheet tracker and a personal profile to keep track of your progress. Additionally, you will have access to our supportive meetings, daily motivational emails from leaders, and can join our online supportive group page. A and as a participant of this membership you will be automatically entered in the greatest loser challenge and will get the chance to compete against other fellow challengers to be named “Greatest Loser”
“The 30 Day Health & Wellness Challenger” has purchased a minimum of $175 or more of wellness products from Arbonne to include in their 30 days to healthy living and has purchased the Boot Camp all access membership for $25. The participant of this membership will have access to 2 days a week of group workouts with an expert instructor and will be provided with an inches, weight and BMI sheet tracker and a personal profile to keep track of your progress. Additionally, you will have access to our supportive meetings, daily motivational emails from leaders, and can join our online supportive group page and will get the chance to compete against other challengers to be named “biggest loser”
“The 30 Day Boot Camp Access Challenger” has purchased the $25 all access Boot Camp membership, but has not purchased any wellness products from Arbonne. This Challenger will have 2 days a week to meet with an expert instructor at our workouts and will be provided with an inches, weight and BMI sheet tracker to keep track of their progress. Additionally, you will have access to our supportive meetings every other Saturday but will not compete with other challengers. However, as a Boot Camp all access members we welcome the idea of creating your own teams you can compete and include products and meal plans you think might be beneficial for your health and weight lost goals.
Supportive Meetings & Weigh-Ins
The location/time and theme of every meeting will be decided among our participants the week before. At each meeting the participant will have the chance to stay motivated, meet new friends, and learn about the products Arbonne produces along with live weigh-ins and progress reporting. Each supportive meeting will change its theme and location. This means expect to attend a supportive meeting at your local park, or even someone’s home as we will open up the opportunity to our challengers to host. A participant may host and provide light (healthy) snacks and refreshments or ask other participates to bring their favorite healthy dish or we might even meet up on top of a local hiking trail with just a scale and our trackers!
Fitness Boot Camp
Every session will be held twice weekly for an hour and a half and will consist of a variety of workout routines with expert and knowledgeable instructors at different locations for an enlightening experience. Every challenger will encage in endurance training, cardio training, weight training and strength training. At Boot Camp you will be required to come properly dressed and equipped with a water bottle and the motivation to train hard. Our goal will be to help you get those inches off and get you to a healthy weight. Expect to workout at the following locations: Bagdouma Park, Dateland Park, Coachella Boxing Club, CV Hiking Trail, Rancho Las Flores Park, and one or two community centers near the Coachella area. A schedule will be posted; online and provided to you at our first weigh in!
