I did a curbside pickup order and no one brought out my food. So I called 4 times and it was like they picked up but put the phone aside so all I could hear was them talking among themselves so I hung up and waited. Then I called 2 more times after a few minutes and it went straight to beeping. So I went inside and my food was right there and they handed it to me. Then to make matters worst, I asked for no croutons, no cheese, and no cucumbers on my salad with extra grilled chicken and extra Alaskan grilled salmon but they added all that I asked to take off plus there was no grilled salmon just 2 grilled chicken. Smh ‍ Edit: My corn is rotten and all sticky and gooey along with hard rice smh I’m never eating at this place again. Can’t believe the eastern pkwy dennys was better than this place.
My husband and I ATTEMPTED eating here tonight around 11:30PM, and they’re CLOSED inside. May as well be closed all together. There was a sign on the door saying that their Dining Room was Closed due to staffing shortages. We figured, at least they were taking carry out orders. That was before they stopped answering the phones. Not sure if they close the dining room at a certain time of the night or not. Sadly, No1 would answer the phones for us to ask either. Not sure why they even have a sign posted! & especially when NO1 if there’s any1 inside, that will even answer the phone when we call. I called from 2 different phone numbers too, just to check.
Great experience! My server forgot her name was really friendly, sweet and helpful. I got the berry crepe breakfast and it was not too bad. The hot dark roast coffee served was a great start to my morning. It wasn’t too crowded and the server made sure to leave a booth space between each group of patrons. They were also actively mopping the floor w a disinfectant when I was dining in. They seem a little short-staffed, but I didn’t have to wait very long for my meal and cashing out process at all! Will definitely be back!
Arrived at exactly 11am for a brunch date with my friend... We noticed it was short staffed after we sat down but decided to try and be patient. It took ten minutes for our waitress to come back to ask us what we wanted to drink, and at exactly 11:30 she finally came back to tell us that there was no lemonade. We got something else to drink and moved on. Our food was not great. I ordered the slamburger, which was amazing from the last dennys location I ordered from. This burger was VERY poorly put together and was falling apart. My server gave me one napkin, so I had to make do with that as she didn't return until the end of our meal. It tasted fine so I moved past that. My side of hashbrowns, on the other hand, were cold and half-cooked. My friends sandwich was also supposed to have bacon on it, and it did not. She said her sandwich didn't taste right and I noticed her bread was burnt around the edges. Moving past our experience, I noticed that other customers were having the same issues. Taking 30+ minutes just to get drinks, and people had to wait around for a hot minute just to pay or get seated. It was not busy in the store at all. I noted that some people complained about cold pancakes, or their server not bringing them all of their food. I don't think this location should be operating if it only has three people and can't keep up yes, I overheard our server say that there was only three people working at the time. The manager was the cook!. In total, we were there for two hours. It took us exactly twenty minutes to eat our food... the rest of the time was spent waiting. I will not be returning anytime soon, this location is garbage compared to the eastern parkway location.
Not bad, not bad at all. Denny's is Denny's, of course, but the staff here is fantastic. Very friendly but very real and down-to-earth. It's comfortable and relaxed and the food was stellar! I had the Fit Slam and it was fresh and tasty.
Great breakfast, high quality. The waiter was so friendly, and so helpful as well!!
My food was good but it wasn't anything close to what I ordered. Waitress was really nice but a bit spacey. She offered to top off my coffee like 4 times, and 4 times I asked for sweetener... never got that either.
I loved the atmosphere and the service was amazing and the food was very delicious I had the lumberjack slam which was a lot of food but it was so good I highly recommend this place
Filthy. Broken bathrooms, womens was closed. Slippery floors and it took 10 mins for someone to acknowledge I was there. Then she was a lil short/rude saying it will be up when it’s done. This place has fallen so hard and it shouldn’t be. It’s across from a large hospital and near busy streets and it’s ghost town. Zero customers and floors are dirty in dining room, kitchen and employees playing and trying to rip off toy machine
The worst Denny’s I’ve ever been to . Order at 645am food wasn’t ready til 7:28am .. door dash stated food ready at 7am .. when I walk in no one to greet you!! You stand there for 5 minutes waiting for and type of worker. They have children 9yr old in the kitchen just walking around !! Not professional at all !!food terrible mashed potatoes frozen after they told me they was making fresh !! I can’t believe eastern parkway Denny is crushing this Denny’s..
