Do Martial Arts

Do martial arts is the best! I was looking for a martial art class for my son who just turn 5yrs old, happen to found it on Yelp and we have been here for 11 months already. After the trial classes my son ask to sign up and want to go everyday. My son had learn so much from Do martial arts…like self confidence, respectful, follow directions, bravery and Korean language too. All the masters here teach the classes in a fun and interesting learning. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Do Martial Arts is a fantastic place to take Taekwondo. From classes to parents nights out to summer camps, my kids have done them all and beg to do them again and agin. Master CJ Lee is an amazing instructor, kind and calm while making sure everyone is learning and having fun. Highly recommend, even if you are unsure try the 3-class trial. It is so worth it!!!

There's a reason why Do Martial Arts gets only 5-star ratings...it's phenomenal! You will find a welcoming, accepting, energized, fun and motivating environment. Master CJ is so loving and playful with the kids. they are and how they model kindness and diligence. There's never any shaming, only positive reinforcement, and playful encouragement to stay focused and engaged. The exercise is great for the body and the philosophy to strive and focus is great for young minds. We are so happy to be a part of the Do community.

Do Martial Arts has been a great family activity. Our son and daughter both attend and they always look forward to it. In addition to martial arts, they learn about good behavior and the importance of being respectful, they also learn the Korean language. We have tried other martial arts studios but none compare to Do Martial Arts, the instructors, techniques, class options are unmatched! Everyone is so passionate and patient with the students, you can tell they truly enjoy what they do and students have a lot of fun.

My family loves Do Martial Arts. We found them at the Castro Valley Fall Festival, where we got a coupon for a couple free sessions for my 5 y/o daughter. Now she and I each take classes individually, and we do a family class each week where we can practice Tae Kwon Do together. It’s great. She loves the activity, and I love the exercise. I’ve lost a good 10-15 lbs in the first 5 months. Do Martial Arts is a great environment all around. Master CJ is knowledgeable, friendly, and inspires trust and respect from students of all ages. His teaching assistants are all similarly affable and helpful. And the students and parents make up a caring community that makes it easy to keep coming, week after week.

DO Martial Arts is amazing! My two boys have been attending for almost a year now and they absolutely love it from the classes to parents night out. Master CJ, Master Chris, JJ and Staff are fantastic and great with the kids. They truly care about them. Since joining DO Martial Arts, my oldest son has gained more confidence and his coordination has improved. He surprised us by breaking 3 boards together during his belt test. We love seeing his growth and development. My youngest son is cruising thru the Little Warriors program and can’t wait until he gets his black belt then start the Color Belt program. We highly recommend DO Martial Arts!

Our son has been enrolled in DO martial arts now for nearly 6 months and he has really enjoyed attending classes. They have a flexible schedule and skill levels, but even when working with young children, they are very patient and you can see how much they love engaging with students young and old. The way the children positively respond to the instructors is a testament to their caring teaching style.

My daughters enjoy their classes and love their instructors. Staff responds very promptly to any inquiry and they are amazing at making you feel as part of the DO Martial Arts Family. We have also celebrated birthdays with them and it was a great experience. Great experience overall- we have known them for over 4 years now.

We love Do Martial Arts and enrolled both our son and daughter as soon as they turned 4 now 8 and 5 years old! Master CJ and JJ truly care about the students and really go out of their way to make it fun and engaging for everyone. We have had a positive experience with all of the other instructors and staff as well. I have recommended them to my nephew and niece and would highly recommend to anyone!

DO martial arts is great Dojo that is very family oriented and welcoming to all who wish to pick up a martial art for the first time. Both my daughters have been attending for a few months now and they enjoy every session. The Masters do a great job giving attention to all students. I highly recommend DO martial arts to anyone who may be on the fence of joining!!
