I absolutely love Dr. Bassi she has been the only doctor to help me from the very 1sst day. She is thorough and explains to me in a way so I understand them! To me she's a rock star! Dr. Bassi is by far the best doctor I have ever encountered. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. She doesn't judge at all, her goal really is to help and make her patients happy. She is so smart too. The most patient and kind doctor around. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner.
Dr. Bassi is the first doctor I've seen regularly and feel comfortable calling my primary care doctor. I never feel rushed or hurried, and she really listens to me and remembers details about things I mention. After my first appointment, I told my family how happy I was that I saw her, and now my entire family sees Dr. Bassi also. We all agree that she is our favorite doctor for the reasons I mentioned above. Also, everyone else in the office is amazing- the front desk staff, Rose RN, the phlebotomists- everyone. I can't recommend Dr. Bassi's practice enough.
I an forever thankful for Dr. Bassi. I don't see her regularly, but she saw me when I was admitted at BWMC. No one could figure out what was going on with me or why I was having the symptoms that I was. I had the basic thyroid labs done that came back normal, but Dr. Bassi went above and beyond to check my thyroid antibodies. Turns out I have Hashimoto's disease! Without her investigative skills I would probably not have that diagnosis for a long time!
She is an exceptional doctor. Always so polite and respectful and caring always putting her patient needs first. The best primary Care doctor and the #1 Aetna doctor in Glen Burnie, Md.
The front desk receptionist really needs a course on customer service and how to deal with current patients. Communicating with an attitude and disrespect in a doctors office is very concerning. Takes away from the actual decent experience.
