I love my daughter nurse practitioner. But the girl at the front desk for customer service skills suck. You don’t know what time they are taking lunch. Because those hours and or time is not stated on the voicemail when you call. They rarely answer the phone. I always have to physically go to the office.

My son has been seeing dr prasanna since birth! She is AMAZING. She is always so patient and she really takes her time to research things just to make sure she is doing the right thing. Her receptionist is wonderful as well she is always kind and ready to help. If you are looking for a doctor who really cares give her a try:
