I’m a new patient here and so far my experience has been great. I called in last minute and they squeezed me in the day of, everyone was very nice from the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienist and dentist. My cleaning went great and I also got a fill which Dr. Williams did an amazing job on! Will definitely stick with this facility as my dental office!
I have been going to this office for a few years now and I'm very comforted by their staff. I have been afraid of the dentist since I was a child but they are patient with me and talk me through their work. Facilities are clean and appealing, reminders are done often enough to keep me informed.
They are very friendly! They knew what they were doing and explained everything very clearly that was needed to be done to fix my sons teeth. They did a good job and i would definitley recommend them!
This was the best experience I've ever had at any dentist, doctor's office anything. They were great listeners and the place was spotless. Not to mention the nicest staff I've came across in a very long time. This will be my forever home now for any Dentistry
So this place is awesome. I got a tooth extraction today . The needles didn't hurt at all . They were extremely nice to me . They take health smile state insurance. To say the least I was impressed. I highly recommend this place
They offer same day dentures, and within 1 year full set of permanent dentures. This is not true, they have been working on my daughter's teeth for 2 years and cannot get it right. They gave her dentures that were to big, sent her home it was ridiculous. And 2 years later, she still does not have her dentures, do yourself a favor and use a dentist office that cares about their clients. After all it's your money. The quality of care there is awful
I've been going here for several years. So far, I have only good things to say about this practice. Nice office and exam rooms although the waiting room seats are not senior citizen friendly - hard to get up from. Up to date equipment. Just had an excellent cleaning by Amy. The dentists and their staff are very understanding and patient.
I went in for an extraction which was my choice.. originally I was offered a root canal. I chose an extraction because i just wanted to get it over with.. i was in pain & scared : Dr. Douglas came in and had really nice music playing that helped with my anxiety, she talked to me about being so young and the problems that an extraction may later on cause.. another woman came ini wish i got her name and also spole with me. They were both VERY sweet and actually concerned with my choice.. they calmed me down and I went with the root canal. Dr. Douglas & the assistant were both very gentle & got it done in an hour…. Never had a better dentist vist & Im 29 years old. THANK YOU LADIES!!!!!! I HAVE to mention they were all African American, I loved that. 10/10!!!
This is such a great team. Rolonda at the front desk was able to explain the procedures and complicated insurance process and she is a very nice and an approachable person. Everyone at the front desk are also very honest and good people. Also, shoutout to Siedah at the front for always handling things with ease. They made sure I was comfortable with my dental plan and gave me options for my preferences. They also broke down the cost and how everything will be done so I can understand the whole plan and next steps. The dentist, specially Dr. Douglas, were also great at explaining the procedures and overall good doctors. Dr. Douglas goes above and beyond for her patients! Thank you.
Parents went to the office for his teeth cleaning and they wanted to charge about as high as 2,300. When my mother asked why so much and some time they were able to lower it to maybe 1000 and something. He was only in there for not even 10 min. So we questioned what he even got down so how high they charged. Not only did the ladies at the desk gave us terrible attitude they bluntly told my dad next time to not bring my mom all because she was questioning the high price and little time of service . Now they have been billing my dad for $50 that he somehow “owes” from that cleaning and even sent him to collection despite him disputing what or why they bill $50 when he paid out of pocket for his “cleaning “
