This was a Nightmare! The office called me at 8am to change my appointment from my original appointment to today. I agreed I would come in a day early. I get there and the dr has left for the day and the lady at the front seemed off and told me she forgot to call me and told me she was crazy!!! This was supposed to be my first appointment! I will get another podiatrist! Not even going to try again with them. If I could leave a 0 I would! Wasted my time and my gas!!! Gas is too high for this mess!!!
Worst office staff ever. They wouldn't do a prior authorization that took about 2 min and then one day told me I showed up for pcp on a drug test and I don't even know what that is. The next time I came back she was way worse like I was scamming or something and said she had to watch me pee and I think so bloodwork. The woman dr. Is nice but she gives way too much control to the WONDERFUL LADIES that work in her office. They even tried to send me to a specific pharmacy. Actually chased me out the door to give me their card. Something doesn't add up with this office with the very rude staff!
Dr. Dooper was very professional in his office visits with me. He was considerate of me and the problems I had. I would recommend him to anyone that needs podiatry work. Was avery good visit and he solved my problems!
Wonderful staff. Dr. Dupper knows his stuff. He even met me on Saturday and Sunday to take care of my situation. He did more for me in one visit than another doctor did in three visits.
He was a nightmare, he ripped off half my toenail with out numbing, worst pain I've ever had. DO NOT go to this butcher!!!!
I can see where you are coming from with Dr dupper he just seems busy to me I like him and they must have a new staff or something because to me they are awesome for real you couldn't ask for any better they as sweet as they can be..... OK now I see what you are talking about they had a lady working there that was very professional and very nice now she has quit wow big difference Dr Supper is great but he sure needs to give his staff some attention
If I could give a zero I would horrible doctor worst attitude he doesn't care about what's going on with your foot
Dr.is not friendly.He needs a refresher course in " bed side manner ".
