I was very unsure of the MDVIP Program. 8 months ago, I laughed about paying for VIP service. 6 months passed, I put a little more thought into it and still in the end decided, I am not going to pay extra just to see a doctor. Not long after that, well here I am - having heard so much about Dr. Jackson, I signed up. It was one of the best decision I have ever made. You are truly missing out if you do not have Dr. Jackson. If you having been thinking about finding a new doctor, wished your doctor was different, or you have that one problem that never seems to get corrected - be like me - Make the appointment to change your health care journey in the right direction!!! New: I have been seeing Dr. Jackson now over a year. He and his staff are the best! They all go above and beyond! Dr. Jackson, he listens, he asks questions. I guess what really hits home to me is: he talks to you like you are a person and not a chart. Matter of fact, his whole staff does. I am lucky to have finally found a doctor and his staff who truly cares!!!

My husband, Richard, has been a patient of Dr Jackson's for many years. He wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Jackson has helped him tremendously. Yes we pay extra but it is worth every penny. Dr. Jackson and staff are the best.

I really love Dr. Jackson. He is very professional and also he is truly a caring person. When my mother passed away I talked to him along time about it all. He listened and it helped me to be able to tell somebody. That was priceless being about to open up at that time I had alot on me and I needed to tell somebody. He has always been very professional checking me out and on top of my health care and a caring friend. To me that's important to have a doctor you can really open up with and he is so caring you can tell your wellbeing is top priority for him . He has been a true blessing for me and a person I feel very comfortable with and I can talk to about anything. I really like Dr. Jackson alot and very thankful that he's my Doctor.

Dr. Kirk L. Jackson has been my doctor for many years. His best quality, listening. After allowing you time to explain your symptoms he starts digging to find the problem, not just treating symptoms. Why I started using Dr. Jackson. I was using another doctor who had sent me to several specialists in Birmingham and Decatur putting me through many test, still not solving my problem. I was so frustrated and worn out when a friend suggested I see Dr. Jackson. I made an appointment and on the first visit he listened to me tell my symptoms said he was changing my blood pressure medicine. Bingo, that one action solved my problem. That was over 20 years ago. Thank you Dr. Jackson for taking great care of me all this time you are the best.

Dr. Kirk Jackson has been our family’s primary physician for fifteen years and consistently has provided kind and professional care.. He is a fine and perceptive diagnostician truly listening to his patients as they explain their symptoms. His ability to do so is important because time and medicines are not wasted. If a patient needs a referral to a specialist, he matches the patient to that physician ensuring a productive outcome.. Dr. Jackson truly cares about the life circumstances of each patient which is vitally important because the patient will be more compliant with the treatment plan. A patient wants to be “heard” by an unjudgemental health team. The sraff is chosen carefully and reflects the values of his practice. We feel fortunate to have this fine doctor and his staff to expeditiously respond to our medical need and, at the same time, leaving us with the warm feeling that “cure” has been accompanied by sincere “care”.

Dr.Jackson and his staff are great! They take time and listen to my concerns. They answer all my questions so that I understand. I am able to contact them 24/7. I can be seen on short notice. I would recommend them to everyone.
