Dr. Diaz is a WONDERFUL DOCTOR! He is compassionate, knowledgable, and has an EXCELLENT bedside manner. His staff especially Patricia is very kind and helpful. Dr. Diaz takes care of my entire family and has been my Mother’s Doctor for over 20 years! THANK YOU Dr. Diaz for dedicating your life to the service of others!
Worst practice ever! Please do not see this doctor! It had to be in Hialeah I swear! They tried to charge me for some allergies shots that I’ve never taken. Also, this month my insurance got charge with a doctors visit that I never went to. I haven’t seen this doctor in years.
Dr Diaz and his staff will listen and help you by doing whatever it takes to treat you and help you take the necessary steps to ensure the best care, can't think of a better alternative.

A scream that could be heard up to the gynecology room starting with the receptionist yelling at the patients and the desperate patients demanding the several hours on hold was a show God forbid, all Cubans including the receptionist who sounded very vulgar has no ethics professional
I didn't have the opportunity to see the Doctor, because seeing the receptionist's treatment, I didn't feel like it. Today I called just to ask if they accepted my insurance, and the receptionist said yes. I didn't finish hanging up, and I heard the receptionist making fun of me, and she said verbatim and in Spanish and with a Cuban accent: "This stupid girl doesn't even know how to speak well." What can you expect from a doctor, if the first experience you have is this, just because of your accent. A doctor's staff is more than a receptionist, they process your referrals, your exams, results, your appointments. You definitely need serious, professional people. A good doctor is of no use if the team that supports him is of this "class". I am or was a prospective patient for this doctor and one meets this type of person only from the start. I think I didn't feel like it.
My experience with Dr Jorge Diaz has been spectacular. Always punctual with my appointments and without any inconvenience.
One of the worst I've seen, this doctor is more of an office worker than a doctor, I don't recommend him, that's why I give him this rating, he sent me a medicine that cost 300-odd dollars and to top it off my insurance didn't cover it.
