Let me tell you, even some people give some bad reviews, I think is not fair, Dr. Fernandez is an excellent Dr. his staff are really nice and friendly, that you have to wait? it is the truth because he is such a good Dr. he has a lot of patients. He is so good that I did not require to go to see him just every three to four year, I was diagnose with osteoarthritis on my hands and Dr. Fernandez did two to three treatments three year ago and my hands are perfect no pain at all. He is the best, the wait it is worth. Also he treat my mom with the same diagnose, now she is 86 and she has not pain at all on her fingers like she used to, I recommend Dr. Benedicto Fernandez.
Although the wait is a little too much sometimes. It is worth the wait! My mom had been with another Rheumatoid Arthritis Doctor I won't mention his name for over 20 years . Thanks to this other doctor's treatment she developed Cortisone induced diabetes.She immediately stopped going to him and started going to Dr. Fernandez and it has been a blessing. She has never felt better! Thank you to his staff and doctor!! You are amazing!!
Honestly I can’t even rate this doctor. One is too much. He makes his patients come in at 7 am so they can get in line and wait for the doctor’s office to open at 10:00 am and the doctor doesn’t even come in til 12:00-1:00. It’s a first come first kind of basis. My mom is 83 years old and is there when seen til 3-4:00 in the afternoon. Just horrible! He shouldn’t be allowed to conduct business this way. Just ridiculous. I told my mom to leave I will find her a doctor that is considerate and cares about his patient’s time and health!!!!!
Dr. Fernández is a great doctor who cares por his patients and has excellent bedside manners. The staff is awesome and treats patients with love and care.
A 1 star rating for this office is way more than I’d like to rate. It deserves a -000000. Let me start by saying that my grandmother is 95 years old. She was scheduled to see this doctor @11:00AM today, and we were here by 10:30AM. It is now 3:51PM and we are still waiting. Inconsiderate is understatement. This type treatment should be illegal. Please don’t come to this office.
Do not agree to have bloodwork done in office. I went under referral from my primary a year ago and I just now received a bill for lab work not being covered because I did not have a referral. When I called the office, the staff cut me off and said that it was not their respobsibility. I insisted on speaking to the office manager and explained the situation. She responded that it was my responsibility as an “informed” patient although I did not get prior notice that my insurance wouldn’t cover the in office blood draw to refuse. When I told her it was a shady practice to not directly inform patients since many of their patients are elderly she hung up the phone. I will be warning my primary as well as everyone I know. Horrible staff that know nothing and care nothing for “customer service”. Even if the Doctor is good the experience with the staff is a nightmare. He needs a new staff including the office manager.
Had an appointment at 11am was not seen until 3pm. Wait time is horrible why schedule so much people and only 1 doctor is available. Also if you don’t speak Spanish they allow people to skip you. The poor medical assistant thought I didn’t speak Spanish because of the color of my skin and my hair texture smh. She told the patients I was next but yet they got up and went in before me. Never again horrible service.
Been a patient for over 10yrs. And I am very happy and satisfied. Doctor is very knowledgeable he will take time with his patients answers all ur ? . The reception girls are super nice and very professional. Good doctor
My grandfather has arthritis all over his body a d Dr . Fernandez has made such Progress with him . He is walking and closing and opening his hands better than before he couldn't ! Thank you Dr. Fernandez !!!!! . . . .
This doctor is a really unconsidered person and with little respect for his patients, my aunt, an 86-year-old woman who had to wait for about 3 hours was tired and upset for the waiting time; and the moment she came into the consult Dr. Benedict was impolite.
