I don’t know how these people say these things about Dr Lara. She is a good doctor who doesn’t try to push unnecessary medications to be the darling of the pharmaceutical companies. She is honest and straight forward. She treats her elderly patients with respect and friendliness. I have been her patient for years and I always see several people in her waiting room. The lady at the desk is friendly and courteous. The people giving bad reviews may be people who parked their cars to go to the adjacent building and had their cars towed
Never coming here again Waited almost 2 hours to be seen which is beyond ridiculous for anyone with an appointment and I came to do an annual checkup and all they did was take my weight and blood pressure. I had to be sent else where for blood work. Did I mention 2 hour wait with an appointment?
COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED. I thought these people were nice but once things got complicated they did not help at all. Their doctor forgot to send in my prescription and so now I cant get it because they dont use my insurance. Completely unprofessional.

The doctor is very kind but technically she doesn't do her job correctly. The doctor's assistant seems to work with animals, of course they are treated better in animal clinics than in that clinic, taking into account that I adore dogs and have never mistreated any animal. The assistant does not have the ability to interact with people, does not solve any patient concerns and hinders the operation of the office. In addition, he has no knowledge of insurance, including referrals to specialists. I have had a very bad and unpleasant experience in this office. He is a disaster. It is a pity that in this country with so many scientific advances, many people have lost human quality. I don't recommend it to anyone. It is THE WORST place in the world as far as attention is concerned by the people at the front desk, first I was waiting for the "front desk ladies to finish smoking" and then they treated me with an UNBEARABLE stench of cigarettes, which seems quite little to me professional and in very poor taste, later while they "helped" me with what I needed, they talked to each other as if there were no issues about patients who I don't think should be ventilated in public, it doesn't seem professional to me either, I was standing in front of them for more than 1 hour to them and they did not give me an explanation of anything that is why I give it 1 star and if I could give it half of half of one that would be my review TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
