The staff are very friendly. For being a few days after Christmas there was still decent amount of items to choose from. I was looking for men's boots and shirts. I bought a great blue flannel shirt and almost bought a pair of boots. The boots exceeded my budget however. I love their socks and t shirts because the shirts cover the full length of my abdomen area.
I'm here now relaxing while the wife tries on their wares. I was a little shocked at how good the selection and stockes quantities are for the product they carry which was a great surprise. I'll be back. They have stocking stuffers for my dad.
Great store and great staff! I came in to pick up an online order. They were so patient and helpful despite the lines and impatience of some of their customers. Love to shop where there’s good teamwork!
Great products. You pay more but you get more. Also, at this location the employees were very responsive. They did me a solid, too - a rod didn’t have an end on it, so when I slid the hanging shirts over to the side the entire rod dropped and all the shirts fell to the ground. I was super embarrassed, but they ran over and asked if I was ok and then laughed at their own setup and told me it was their fault not mine. We chatted as I helped pick up the shirts and they were very down-to-earth.
Wow! Eric was so helpful. I had been searching the internet for 35” inseam woman’s hiking pants since I procrastinated packing for an African safari, and he went out of his way to go into their summer seasonal that had been packed away and found me the perfect pair of pants! Thank you!! Also love the shelf bra tank tops
Duluth Trading has fun stuff and a little bit of a lot of things you won't find other places as you seek to do battle with angry beavers. The clothes are comfortable and designed to allow movement. The items there are unusual and handy to have. The covers and organizers fit well and serve their purpose. The help is actually helpful and approachable. I like going in there and don't feel pressured to buy.
The Duluth Trading Company store in Bloomington, MN big. There is just about every Duluth Trading thing you can imagine inside. I appreciate the online order convenience but depend on my visits to this store to double check my size and fit. I highly recommend the Firehose Flex pants and Buck Naked undies. Easy parking and a friendly staff make it easy to walk out with something new. Recently I had a return to make as there was a problem with the fit. Even though the order was made online the store customer service team received the return and provided the credit with ease.
I have never been to this store before. I plan to get my pants here when I need a new pair! The service was amazing and friendly staff!
Durable clothes for big men. I go here to get quality clothing for my husband who is rough on his clothes both at work and while participating in his hobbies. He is also a bigger man and they sell a decent variety of larger sizes. The store is clean and organized. Employees are friendly but not in your face while you are shopping. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for.
Friendly staff, amazing products.... I really have to exercise self control in spending habits here...
